Shipping, customer service suck
Horrible, extremely slow shipping. Customer service that is non existent (just an AI bot that can't help and sends it to a real person who never responds). I've been buying from this company for over a decade and it's literally never improved.

It has been over 15 days
It has been over 15 days, over 10 business days since I placed my order. It has not been shipped. Customer service is a joke with nothing but canned responses. Promises of escalations when you do finally hear back with a single email from them go unfulfilled just like the order. I have never dealt with such poor fulfillment services and basically absent support services. I will never be ordering from them again and I will be warning everyone I can to stay away. If they don't ship by January 1st I'm doing a charge back. Unbelievable.

I ordered over a month ago, and it seems like many others, the order hasn't yet been fulfilled. Given that delivery to my country takes around 3 weeks as I've previously experienced, if this order was to be dispatched today, it'd still be 2 months after making the order.
I'm not sure what has happened with this company, I've ordered multiple times in the past and they were dispatched almost immediately. I've had no communication about the delay, which given my order was close to $500, I'd think they'd at least let me know what's happening.

I enjoy the flavours a lot but due to the caffeine amount I only usually have one time a week tops. But apart from this issue I'm a big fan and will continue to buy their products. I hope they will make more flavours that don't include the caffeine just to make my life easier. Also the tropical pineapple flavour is my favourite BTW.
Pretty good, some issues.
So far, I've had no errors with my orders, so thats plus. The shaker cup I've been using for 2+ years now is in great shape, surprisingly. However, the time that it takes for our orders to be delivered is a bit long/inconsistent. Some deliveries take a week, some take almost 2 entire weeks. It's been 8 days since my last order and haven't even gotten an update about it yet. Nothing at all. It still says "order placed". Like what's going on?? I've heard the 2.0 flavors take a bit longer to be shipped, but some people have ordered a week before I did and still have heard nothing.

Well firstly the updated 2.0 was killer. Literally. Me and my buddies buy and all of the flavors have been supreme to say the least. I will continue to buy as it has saved me loads of money switching from canned brands. The options in which you offer protein to energy to hydration. Keep it coming!
Shipping and discount a joke
Shipping is an absolute joke. Ive been waiting 11 days just to get told after I reached out that you ran out of a flavor. Discount codes are a joke as well. Im a veteran and that code wont work with my $10 that you guys gave me. All of this is going to be getting posted and im currently waiting on the answer on this.
Good flavor at first, but disappointing consistency and dismissive customer service
I picked up a 40-serving tub of G-Fuel. The flavor started out really good , strong, clean, exactly what I expected. But about halfway through the tub, I noticed a severe degradation or separation of the flavor. The first half tasted great; the second half was extremely muddled and muted, to the point where my last servings were almost flavorless, even though the powder still had full color.
I used the entire tub within 30-something days, which seems like a completely normal timeframe for a 40-serving container. I stored it in a cool, dry place and kept it sealed, so nothing unusual there.
When I reached out to customer service, they were pretty dismissive. They basically said it’s a food product, they don’t know how it was stored, and flavor can degrade over time. They couldn’t give any “best if used by after opening” guidance, and the conversation felt more like they were blaming me than trying to understand that something could’ve been wrong with the batch or the new formulation.
To me, if a product noticeably degrades within the normal time frame of consuming a full tub, that doesn’t make much sense , especially if G-Fuel expects people to finish a container over weeks, not days. If they can’t stand behind consistent flavor throughout the whole 40 servings, selling tubs this size feels questionable.
That said, this was the new formulation, so maybe there was an issue with the batch or separation in the formula. I have another tub and I’ll keep using it (and shaking it well each time), but honestly, I don’t think I should have to do that just to maintain flavor. I really wish customer service took my concerns more seriously instead of dismissing them.
Gfuel Experience
Honestly? I really loved the packaging of some of the deluxe tubs I've gotten. The variety in taste, really love the lemonade-like flavors I've gotten over the years.

⭐ 1-Star Review: 10 Years of Loyalty Thrown Away
I’ve been a loyal GFuel customer for 10 years, and until now, I never had a reason to complain. Over a decade of repeat purchases, supporting the brand, and building up my reward points — only to find out recently that all my points were removed without warning.
My points didn’t expire; they were simply taken away. Ten years of consistent custom, and it feels like it meant absolutely nothing. When I reached out for help, I didn’t get any meaningful explanation or solution.
I’m extremely disappointed. Loyalty should count for something, especially after being a customer for this long. Sadly, this experience has completely changed how I view the company.
A.I. Causing Problems
Can't get through to a person. They have an A.I. handling customer emails and now can't find my order. I still can't get a hold of anyone and I can't even refund my order because it says I have items that aren't returnable?

I don’t have the jitters, crash, or metabolism burn that I did. It makes me feel focused, alert and energized.
I’m not giving the company 5 stars based upon how long shipping takes, Amazon is 2 days at most compared to weeks through the actual company. The website and app are not linked, I started on the website, which has its own issues before being emailed about the app. The app doesn’t show my 2 previous orders and both are rather buggy/glitchy. Overall I’m highly satisfied and will continue using GFuel but feel there’s room for improvement.
