All staff were polite, professional, helpful and approachable.
The food served; whether breakfast, lunch or evening dinner was out of this world. One of my meals was ossobuco which was the best I've eaten anywhere. The pasta was home-made and just as delicious. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
