HEALTHCARE FAIL

This is what happens when the Healthcare system fails. Health apps like this pop up, claim to be credible and take advantage or desperate, uninsured people looking to improve their lives. They take the money and run, so-to-speak. There is not one actual provider assigned to each person...its a random message board of bots telling you, 'we'll take care of you.' When really they mean 'I'll send your drugs when I feel like and charge you as much as I can before you realize we dont give a fudge about you, the actual human patient.' They refuse a refund after charging you on completely random days and not fulfilling their prescription promise. THESE ARE DRUGS THEY ARE SELLING TO US, WE PUT THESE IN OUR BODY. WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRUST WE ARE BEING TAKEN CARE OF.

I was confused and misunderstood some…

I was confused and misunderstood some things with Zealthy. Placed an appointment that I did not mean to do and could not afford.
After explaining rudely to them how they charged me they responded promptly, professionally and politely treated me with kindness. Then refunded my money quickly. I appreciate their quick responses to my situation.

Do not use zealthy

Do not use zealthy. I paid for 6 months of GLP1 which was 1700. They sent me the first two months of medication and then would not send the rest. They are very slow about responding on their app. They are a scam.

Stay clear of this company

Stay clear of this company! They start out strong and then crickets! No response to calls or message through portal. Sent a incident report including pictures of broken vial. They conveniently didn't get the pictures and then said it was past the time for review of incident. Prepaid for 6 months. What a waste of time and money. And they never responded when I was a non responder. Find a more dependable company

The first few months were great

The first few months I had a great experience, but now for the last eight weeks, I have felt like I have been on the back burner

After 25 messages over the last six weeks and eight phone calls I have not had anyone respond to me yet. They are really good at taking your money, but if there is a problem with your order, it might take a while to get it figured out.

Operating under fitrx I paid for a 3…

Operating under fitrx I paid for a 3 month supply of medication they send me one month and continue to state they sent me the full amount. Secondly they charged me an additional $200 membership fee. I have called and been contacted by the lowest bidder third would customer service agents that do not attempt to help at all. Not trust worthy.
