The customer service representative was exceptional. Fast, friendly, and helpful. When I contacted them about a problem with the charging cables, they responded quickly and replaced both. So far, I'm very happy and satisfied.

They weren't exactly clear about the shipping process, but the ring arrived and it works exactly as advertised. It is more accurate with tracking my REM than my other wearable.

I purchased the Resvent iBreeze CPAP unit together with the Dynamic ECG Recorder ER1-LW.
I received both items in good condition (well securely packed) including all items as advertized and sales agreement. The Resvent iBreeze CPAP has been working flawlessly over the last 2.month. Unfortunately my ECG Recorder stopped working. However, all Kudos to Wellue, after consultations with Wellue support, Wellue immediately replaced the faulty unit. The new unit has been working well for the last 3.weeks. To get better extensive reports on the ECG recordings, you will need the join ViHealth VIP @ SGD 100/year.

Great little device with quick Bluetooth data transfer and very nice summary. Easy to use. Very useful information from the dark side of the moon. Ie while I’m sleeping. Thank you.

Easy to set up. It has this “ comfortable” setting option, which worked out really well to get adjusted to the blow of air! Slept comfortably the first night! The shipment was really quick!

I received the O2Ring 0796 relatively quickly. The design is simple to wear. I believe that the readings are accurate. I have found it to be very helpful, particularly the vibrating alarm with low O2 readings. I would highly recommend this device.

The O2 Rings seem to do a good job of making oxygen measurements. However the product quality is generally not good at all. We’ve had to replace four rings in just over two years.

I like the product. Works as advertised. Unfortunately order processing was very slow. It arrived late. Also, they process payments through PayPal. I personally don't use PayPal but recieved scam PayPal email associated with this transaction - can't say if this company was at fault or not - so be aware the problem exists.

I bought this for my father who needed to monitor his BP during the night. Unfortunately, the accuracy is way off and we are having to return this.

I found no benefit whatsoever from their Cold Laser & TENS device; & if anything it made my shoulder worse. High quality trials of more expensive cold laser therapy devices are mixed, yet all the reviews are positive on their site? The company did reach out to me & initially offered either a keep/rebate or a return/refund; but when I said that I would not change my initial review (now removed from their site) to being more positive they did not contact me again. So how many of the positive reviews on there have actually been changed following an offer of rebate/refund?
