Multiple problems with both my cold plunge, chiller order, and customer service! Too many other companies out there for me to fully recommend Vital plus.

I love my Cold plunge but I have had many difficulties with getting the correct product, a product that wasn’t defective out of the box, and timely customer service. Although the customer service is decent at responding, since it is all done via emails it can be quite frustrating and overly time consuming sending emails back and forth. They ran me around in circles and I never really got all my problems solved. Gave 3 star since the product I do have is working for months now. I did not receive the chiller I was expecting and both of the ice bath covers leaked air out of the box. The first was from the main valve seals so after sending video to Customer service it was replaced. The second had a leak on the seam which I was able to patch. Quality control and testing?

VITAL+ warranty claim experience.

I recently had an issue with my X1 chiller (discontinued model) no longer cooling. I contacted Vital+ for a warranty claim, which was processed by Irene. My email was responded to quickly, and after I sent a video of my issue and set-up, and some attempts at troubleshooting as instructed, I was offered a replacement unit, or the option of an upgrade to the X2 chiller.
I was very happy with the whole process, and Vital+ obviously stand by their product.
I have previously, and will continue to recommend this company.

I can’t recommend Vital+ any higher. Outstanding

Purchasing the ice bath sauna combo package from Vital+ has been life changing. The therapeutic benefits are amazing , especially after a physically and mentally stressful day at work or sporting activities. Dealing with Irene in the customer service department, with any questions or small problems I have had was a pleasure. The response time and efficiency was outstanding. I highly recommend Vital+ to anyone potentially in the market for these products.

That professionalism is very rare these days, and to me, the sign of a good company.

Timely deliver, excellent product

I received both my cold plunge and mat on time as promised. No leaks, like some reviews had claimed. We've been using the. Old plunge now for a week and love it. It's been a great edition to our home gym and infrared sauna.

Extremely professional and helpful customer service.

Purchased the ice bath barrel with cooler. Absolutely love it!
The customer service with Vital was amazing, I recently had some mechanical issues with the cooler.
Dealing with the Vital customer service officer, Irene. So incredibly helpful, very quick response, didn’t hesitate to get my system replaced.

Vital+ plunges are a scam bought 2 both leaked🤬

Vital+ call plunges are a scam. I bought two cold plunges and they both leaked out the large filter ruining my floor.
Good luck with customer support it's an AI robot. I HAD DISPUTE BOTH COLD PLUNGES ON my american express BECAUSE THEY WENT AND SENT ME A RETURN LABEL AND REFUND MY CREDIT CARD. I WOULDN'T TAKE A VITAL+FREE!! BEWARE THEY SELL JUNK & STEAL YOUR MONEY 💲💲💲💲

Issues from the factory

From manufacturer, there was two rips at the seam, there was a valve that leaks when open and two buckles on lid slip and don't tighten. But water is cold and sauna is hot so...it works just wish it was better quality.

Originally ordered the Icebath and…

Originally ordered the Icebath and Steam Sauna packaged, which has been great and I've been using it every day. I cannot recommend the product enough; it has great quality and is super easy to set up and maintain. Even more importantly, the customer support has been excellent, rapid to help. Big shout-out to Carl, who was very helpful and communicative.

Inoperative chiller & poor customer service

I purchased the tub and the Ice Chiller Max. The temperature controls do NOT work on the chiller. I have contacted the company through their customer support email several times over several days. Initially, I received AI responses with no resolution. Now there don’t respond at all.

Poor Product and Customer Service

I wanted to share my recent experience regarding my order of the sauna pod and cold plunge bundle. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the sweat-absorbing floor mat or the portable chair that should have been included in the package. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service several times, but I’ve only been connected with an AI agent, and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. It’s been quite frustrating, and I’m hoping someone can step in to help sort this out.

Very disappointing

I purchased a chiller and ice bath less than a year ago and have had ongoing issues from day one. Every time I’ve contacted support, I only receive automated replies and no real assistance. After months of trying, I was sent a replacement (which I had to pay for) even though the original unit was still under warranty. The replacement has the exact same problems, and now the ice bath doesn’t work at all.

Customer service has completely ignored my follow-up emails. I also referred three friends who bought the same product, and all of them have experienced similar issues. Very disappointing experience overall — both the product and support have been terrible. I would not recommend this company.

I absolutely love my sauna and ice bath with chiller unit. I've had a couple of questions throughout the 12months I have owned them and every time I get prompt replies with any troubleshooting as needed. The staff service, communication and products are excellent.
