I had a very positive experience with GetTested. Although there was an issue with my initial sample, the customer support was quick to respond and very helpful. They immediately offered to send a new test kit free of charge and explained everything clearly.
The support team was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated how smoothly they handled the situation.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it.

Most of our tests take around 10–15 business days from the time your sample is received at the lab for results to be ready. So yes, this corresponds to roughly 3 weeks.
If you are currently in your third week, you will most likely receive your results towards the end of this week.

In some cases, results can be considered “borderline.” This means the result is neither clearly negative nor positive, and a retest is recommended.
It is also very important to consider when the test was taken. The incubation period for HSV (when symptoms typically appear) is usually 2–12 days. However, it can take 2–4 weeks for the body to develop detectable levels of antibodies. If the test is taken too early, the body may not yet have produced enough antibodies to show a positive result.
This is something we want to investigate further. We have requested additional information via Trustpilot, please respond so we can look into this properly.
Please also note that if this was a rapid test, it is intended as an initial screening tool and not a definitive diagnosis. If there is a suspicion of infection, we always recommend consulting a healthcare provider for confirmatory testing.

It took MONTHS after I sent my blood…
It took MONTHS after I sent my blood samples before I got informed that it could not be processed. I got bad advice from the customer support. I am sure this is not the fault of the employees, but overall: A bad experience.

We prefer to take the necessary time to deliver results we fully trust, rather than rushing and compromising quality. As such, all results are reviewed manually before release. 😊🔬

Lack of transparency and questionable value. Stay away.
Be cautious. I received abnormal results from the Tarmsjekk XL test and later discovered that GetTested does not clearly state which lab analyzes the samples or which test methods and kits are used. I followed recommendations based on the results and spent a significant amount of money on supplements without any improvement. If you look at their website, the reviews are also fake. Almost 5/5 stars on every single test. Negative reviews gets blocked. Don't rely on this website.

These documents confirm that the test in question was analyzed at an ISO 15189–accredited laboratory, that the laboratory is approved by the national accreditation authority, that its quality management system is regularly audited, and that the analyses comply with the requirements for medical laboratory diagnostics.
For competitive reasons, we unfortunately cannot publicly disclose the name of the laboratory. Thank you for your understanding.
If you did not notice any improvement, we would also encourage you to contact us and share more details about your situation. We are happy to look into it together and review the results in more depth.
It is also important to note that changes related to gut health are not always immediately noticeable. For many people, it can take several weeks to a few months before dietary or lifestyle adjustments lead to noticeable changes, and responses can vary significantly between individuals.
