The phone is in very good condition and was delivered within a few days of order. As someone who is using a smartphone for the first time I am having problems which I believe is more to do with incorrect settings rather than a fault with the phone. If some basic manual was provided with the phone then it would make life a lot easier.

I have purchased 2 refurbished phones from GetTech, an iPhone SE in 2019 and now an iPhone 12 mini (I like small phones!). So far the iPhone 12 mini seems to be working great, and my iPhone SE from 2019 was still going strong when I replaced it about a month ago - the only reason I got a new phone was because the SE was only 16GB and always running out of space! GetTech has an easy to use website, decent prices, quick shipping and it comes with a case and screen protector which are always handy to have!

Great service
GetTech have a very professional and efficient service that's local and reliable. I had issues with the website (my own fault) and they sorted it out quickly and had a new phone for me within 24 hours

I love this company
I love this company. I have ordered at least 3 different phones of them, the quality is of the highest standard and the delivery is extremely fast. iPhone 8 Problem - Great Customer service from GetTech
Recent purchase of iPhone 8 from Get tech for my daughter (her first phone). Ran into problems within a week of purchase with glitchy software issues causing phone to randomly power off. Contacted Gettech (phone had 2 year warranty) and their customer service was excellent. tried to troubleshoot / fix over the phone. This did not work and then returned phone to GetTech and they replaced straightaway as a significant harware issue found with particular phone. Whole process of phone purchase / warranty / dealing with customer service was very good and prompt. They genuinely wanted to make things better and provided excellent communication throughout the 1-2 weeks of trying to get phone fixed. Provided replacement, no questions asked and all great with phone now. Very easy and professional to deal with so very impressed with GetTech warranty and customer service. Have order 5 phones over last 4 years from GetTech and always very good. Great service and company.
