Good Real state investment platform
Good Real state investment platform. The team are transparent, professional and responsive to investors questions and concerns.
The only disadvantage is that the fees are high which might impact ROE for the investors.

i like the way investing in properties…
i like the way investing in properties in DUBAI becomes easy with STAKE. the staff is kind and always answer the mails and the messages. they are always ready to make points clear and to give the informations. i am 100% satisfy with the customer service and communication and the website and the app.
what i dont like?
1- i will need them to be more ATTENTIVE to the messages that i am sending them, Before they reply.
2- they have to give the exact information for the transfer, so it could avoid their customer to loose money. i am waiting to be contacted by them so i can explain to them why.
3- they have to clarify why when we make the transfer the exact amount does not appear on the account. it is still not clear for me and they were not able to clarify.
overwhole.. the service and experience was good.

First investment
I just made my first investment in stake and whole stake management team was awesome . I received a call from relationship manager Mr.malik Ishfaq and he welcome me and assured his support and the whole stake team stake. Even received congratulation message from CEO as well . Stake is a scam.
I'm very disappointed with their services I have investing a total amount of 1300euro in different proprieties . After one year passed become eligible to exit sell windows so I got surprised with my capital reduced from 1300 euro to 1000 euro. which is crazy. So was just waste of time and money. if I invested 1300 euro in crypto or other asset I'm pretty sure I will end up with profit. I'm willing to contact my bank and press charge back also contact their regulation and leave a complain

However, if you're trying to exit after 1 year, then you may see the impact of the transaction costs to be greater if that's what you are referring to.
We want to highlight that we don't necessarily recommend exiting through the window, especially after just 1 year of ownership as initial appreciation will likely not outweigh the transaction costs just yet. Our advice has always been to hold the investment for 3-5 years, ideally until the full property sale, to achieve optimal returns. We view real estate as a long-term investment due to its potential for appreciation over time, rental income generation, and the stability it offers as a tangible asset.

Stake Scam!
When the sales person called me, I was told that I can withdraw my investment anytime, guess what? When I decided to do that, I was shocked that I can only do that twice a year, in a window that opens in July and one in November, the sales person came back saying that she told me about that and I can assure you, that was not stated at all as I asked if I can withdraw anytime and she said annyyytime!
Then had to accept the reality that I can’t get my investment back when I wanted to and had to wait for November window and here we are. The logic says, the price of the property increases, it translates to “you’re making profit” but with stake, it means you’re losing money because it did not much money for them so they take the money from them. Then, if you want to withdraw the money, there are additional fees 2.5%, which is not stated when you try to invest and they say it is in the app, guess where it is in the app? Somewhere in the FAQs and you have to really look for it!
Then they try to gaslight and smooth the situation, what about you wait till Stake sells the property? Because definitely you’ll make profit then! Guess what? I had enough with your misleading information, always hidden agenda.
Stake is a scam!

Super easy to start
The process to start investing is super easy. The fact that we can start with small quantities is great because it means we can grow it slowly as we have availability. The fact that we start getting returns after just 2 months is also an excellent experience compared to stock investing.

Great UI, awesome resources, clear, straightforward
Stake has definitely opened up an opportunity for me to save and invest.
