After multiple attempts in activating my Microsoft office purchase, The final provided key worked (with a removal & re-install).
Through it all, my emails were were responded to in relative short order, and never rudely.

Do not buy from this Company even though I have not been able to install the software I purchased and the activation key is still intact they refuse to refund saying it has been redeemed. Customer service very abrupt and totally unprofessional Microsoft blocked installation as this was not a genuine licence. This Company advised I should uninstall Microsoft 365 basic install Office Professional 24 plus reinstall 365 and everything will work not so Microsoft say this is not possible

You will not get a refund from this Company in the end I told them to keep the money as this is obviously what they wanted

I purchased this for my Mac - email link came quickly with simple 3 step instructions- which even a fool like me didn’t manage to mess up. I was so impressed I purchased another one for my desktop Mac. Highly recommended.

DO NOT buy from this company. They send the email quickly so they can claim they have provided the service. They refuse to cancel even within minutes of the purchase! SCAM!!! Groupon shouldn't be promoting this business!!!

I tried to install this through my Microsoft browser and it wouldn’t let me and gave error message that it was a scam website I then went into the site through google and everything loaded fine. It would appear that Microsoft have blocked access to the software deals account that the code is downloaded from.

You buy 'Microsoft Office' for £15 from Groupon and then they send you this dodgy looking email to 'download the licence'... If this was genuine there would be a code surely? I'm really not happy with this experience and reading all the other reviews it seems other users have had bad experiences too. Now trying to get a refund as I'm not happy to download random .pkg files onto my mac :( This could be a phishing attempt.

I was not able to install the Office software from Groupon@getsoftwaredesls. There were technical issues issues at the Microsoft end. Microsoft was unable to help. So I turned to Groupon. They cheerfully and promptly replied me and within 2 days everything was installed and running. No problems, no delays, no fuss. Thanks to David at Groupon.

This is very much a scam. Do not buy this Groupon. The product key suddenly stopped working and the "customer service" not only wouldn't solve the problem, they were horrifically I professional. I am shocked that groupon allows this type of scammer take advantage of its customers.

Some mixed reviews here, but my experience has been pretty good. I did have an issue but my email on the topic was responded to same day and the problem fixed also same day along including one very prompt response to a supplementary question. So right now I have no problems and am happy with the product and service provided.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FROM GROUPON: clearly not a genuine product or legitimate company. I purchased on Groupon after my subscription ended (from Microsoft) and after inputting the provided purchase codes I have heard nothing. Groupon will not refund me as the seller has said I am using the software. I have not received any communication from company so not sure how that figures. SCAM and I hope nobody else buys from this bogus company.
