Hello we are James and Josh, two young brothers from Brisbane, Australia. We are passionate about 2 things… Sailing and Sustainability. In an attempt to raise money to continue our sailing journey, as well as protect the oceans and promote sustainability and recycling we have started our own business creating bespoke bracelets from used sailing ropes. We are donating 10% of our profits to EcoMarines, a local charity that promotes environmental education. Please get onboard and support us with this exciting initiative. Still has not arrived

Still has not arrived. No address on package according to Aus post. Extremely disappointed.

We are really sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived. We will get the order remade today and re-ship this to you. We hand write the address on all of our orders which is why AusPost won't have a digital record in their system of the address it was posted to. I can see from the AusPost tracking that the parcel made it to Adelaide Airport on the 17th January but no further update since then. Apologies for the delay - we will get the replacement order to you as quickly as we can. Thanks James
