Roy was our service rep and he was extremely helpful and efficient, We have been pleased with the GetSafe service from the start.

We spoke with Navi on two separate calls. One call was made to resolve some simple technical questions. The other call was to order two more emergency buttons. Navi was professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved all issues. Great service!

When I was still a client, GetSafe usually replied within a few days. But after I ended my contract and urgently needed my Schadenspiegel for a new insurance, they completely ignored me. I emailed them on 1st of August 2025, again on the 7th, and even contacted them through the app — no response for over three weeks.

Only after I set a strict deadline and threatened to escalate the matter to BaFin did they finally reply on the 22nd of August 2025. The message came with emojis and excuses about “high workload,” which is no justification for leaving a customer in limbo for that long.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. If you value timely and serious customer service, look elsewhere. This lack of professionalism and disregard for the customer’s time was ultimately the reason why I left GetSafe. And this experience confirmed to me that leaving them was not the wrong choice.

I have been trying for days to recover my KeepSafe account. I receive the verification code, but it always shows an error message when I enter it.
I contacted support multiple times, sent detailed emails, and all I get are generic links. No one is actually helping me.
I have very personal and important photos backed up to the cloud. I trusted this app with my memories, and now I can't access them.
Please resolve this urgently or I will report this to data protection authorities.

Rapid response and solution to my question. Courteous, knowledgeable staff.

i had not updated or tested my system in 2 years, and the technical support person walked me through everything and it is now tested and updated.

Thank you. We tested the system thoroughly and I received recommendations for new battery changes. The tech was attentive and very polite!

I purchased the Get Safe unit with GPS monitoring as well back in December for my mother. Set up and tested. Called to let them know it wouldn't pick up her voice. They would turn up sensitivity and call back. Never happened. This cycle went on several times. My mother fell. The customer service is AWFUL. They will not refund my money for the unit which has never worked appropriately despite numerous phone calls to the company and NEVER any call backs. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Absolutely fabulous service. My claim was dealt with very promptly and professionally by the insurance team. Clear communications. The claim was also during the free credit period within a month of taking the policy due to an unexpected accident. Cannot recommend more.

After a month long search I finally narrowed my decision to trust Get Safe and I am SO glad I did! Their customer service is truly fantastic and their representatives must really enjoy their jobs!

Within seconds of our alarm sounding, my phone rings. Luckily I have never had a real alarm happen.

Very helpful. Got back quickly with me. Answered all my questions. If the system itself is as helpful as Rachel was, I will be very happy with it.

Excellent customer service. Ammad took a lot of time as I installed my system. Went through each step and took extra time to tell me about additional components I didn't know about. I signed up for two flood control devices, two windows shatter detectors and a couple of key fobs... NICE EXPERIENCE!

I love the sleek design and easy to install process. The rechargeable battery and AT&T 3G sim card provides peace of mind in case of power or internet outage. Extra hidden bonus is each of the devices have built in temperature sensors providing useful information for ones that have pets. I will be recommending this to all friends and family.

Setting up is easy and the price is absolutely adequate for the safety I get. $35 per month is affordable for their professional monitoring. Good thing!

Rachel was able to quickly respond to my questions on monitoring and pinpoint what products I was looking for. Provided a great offer. Went the extra step to check and give me the info on the city permit.

Super experience. I am looking forward excited to getting the system up and running.
