I think this is a scam. I ordered the buy 3 get 3 free offer. My own fault - I didn't notice the offer is £11.95 per roller, but that should have totalled £33.86, not the £71.70 I have been charged!
The adverts spoke of a local hairdresser being behind the product - I wonder if everyone is told she is local to their town too?
Furious with myself for being taken in!
Have requested a refund - not holding my breath......
To add to my comments - 3 x £11.95 does not total the £71.70 I was charged, whatever the reply suggests.
However, I have received a full refund and will never go near this company again.

Total Scam, like everyone else, I opted for the buy three get three free for £11.95 each so I thought I would be paying £35.85, turns out I paid £71.70. I emailed them as soon as I noticed but was told there was nothing they could as the order had already processed, I was offered a 25% discount or I could return the items at my own cost, even when i pointed out that their website was not clear about pricing I still kept getting the same generic email response. When I went on trustpilot I noticed that there are a lot of us that have been through the same (which I pointed out to them)

Deliberate misleading is a SCAM
My experience is identical to other customers. There is no excuse for deliberately misleading the price of the offer "Buy three and get another three free."You knew exactly what you were doing. I was horrified that when I paid, the amount had doubled.It was only at this stage that the amount to be paid was displayed.I tried to cancel immediately but the bank's online advice was that they could not cancel even though the payment was pending and not complete. Shame on you Getroota. It is also not obvious that your company is based in the USA. Please be warned and do not use this company. They are fully aware that they are scamming. Amazon has UK sellers offering 6 items for half the price.

Poor order system and terrible customer service
I made an order and I was charged twice.
The first email order confirmation said "unknown product".
Within one minute of receiving this email I queried and asked to cancel the order. The reply was "the order had already been packed"
Then there was a second charge to my credit card.
I enquired about this and was offered a 25% discount when I said I would be asking for 90 day money back guarantee.
Poor customer service. I am not happy and have little faith in products.
Review on both YouTube and Reddit are obviously AI generated as subtitles do not say correct words.
Also written reviews are so badly spelt they are not understable.

I placed an order May 12, 2026 for Buy 3 for $15.95 each & get 3 FREE. They charged me for 6 bottles at $95.70. Then I attempted to call them & no one answers the phone. Says you have to email them. I emailed them immediately with all of the back up documents to verify the advertisement & my Visa Charge. After a back & forth they offered me only a 25% PARTIAL REFUND! I said Absolutely not, cancel my order. They finally responded & cancelled my order with full refund. Reported to the FCC, FTC, etc. BUYER BEWARE! Not everything that sounds good is!

SCAM COMPANY
There should be a law where these companies should deliver what they advertise. The offer is buy 3 @ £11.95 & get 3 FOC. Having placed my order total the total amount should be £35 85 I was shocked to find they had charged me £71.70. I emailed them explaining the advert quite clearly stated buy 3 get 3 FOC.
There response was the order tallied with the price charged. I then sent them a screenshot of the advert, there response the order tallied with what was charged. I sadly wasn't in the right frame of mind to take this company on, so ended up taking there stupid offer of 25% refund of £17.90. When asked why they had agreed to any kind of refund, wait for it they said the order tallied with the amount charged. The choice of returning the goods when they were finally received for a total refund, "would they have denied they ever received them back" This company are an absolute JOKE, I take my hat off to anybody that does take them on

Through ordering process, said £11.95, buy 3 get 3 free. Only .39p a day. After paying, bill came up over £71. Bill should have shown before card details. Misrepresentation.
