The offered eSIM plans are a good deal, but with a huge trade-off. The APN for my purchased plan was located in Hong Kong and thus being far away from Hong Kong resulted in a very laggy and slow internet experience, because of high ping times (+450ms).

All traffic is being routed through Hong Kong because of this.

Ended up buying additional GBs at my cellphone company in The Netherlands which gave me a much better experience on the same Danish provider in the same location in Denmark.

Support is helpful and responsive but doesn’t acknowledge the problem and says I should just move location.

Wouldn’t recommend.

Quick respond when times in trouble during the activation of my esim around the world.

Good customer service

If I could give them zero stars I would
I purchased two unlimited Mexico eSIMs
The plans are no longer available and thus even though I’ve purchased the plan I can’t use it
I only found this out as I tried to download the eSIMs
If I hadn’t pointed it out to Roamify i would have simply lost my money
Can’t offer a similar plan either
And now I wait for a refund.

I've had brilliant help twice now from Roamify. Both times I have been walked patiently through the steps and all my issues resolved. I have now used Roamify in Iceland, Croatia and Turkey and I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

I use Roamify whenever I travel, its simple easy to install and on the rare occiasions I have a little trouble - the customer service and support is great!

I recommend Roamify when travelling abroad . The service is easy to deploy, you have if installed in a couple of minutes, and you have unlimited data at a very reasonable price. Will use it in all my travels whithout any doubt!!

Had an issue with my SIM not connecting to internet in South Korea. Contacted customer service and Adrian sorted it out very quickly. Now works perfectly!

Best ESim provider, most affordable and has great fixed plans as well as unlimited ones. Easy app usage and activation! When I had troubles activating my Sim card at arrival, Adrian (contact of Roamify help center) helped me immediately, stayed in the chat and guided me trough the process very well and easy. My problems were fixed in no time and it was a very seemless process! Would choose them again.

I bought a United States 5 GB, 100 Call, 50 SMS - 30 Days eSIM from them. Before the purchase I contacted the customer service, confirming if eSIM provides a local number and local IP. However, the eSIM turned out to be roaming in the US with Polish IP and the outgoing calls do not work.

The Contact support is very helpful, it’s easy to buy an esim load and you can actually see the full information of it. I would love to recommend this to my friends and colleagues!

I travel three times a year and when I changed my phone this year, I found out I can use eSIM. So tried it and for an affordable price, I used their eSIM for 8 days.

Even in their Fair Use it doesn't stop you to use your internet as your daily usage such as streaming videos or video calls.

However, the quality felt into Edge into a sudden on 5th day and this was an unknown and unpredictable problem which is not about their service quality. They immediately responded at night and in one and half hour they resolved my problem even I am abroad and roaming.

Definitely you can choose Roamify without any hesitation and with peace of mind!

Perfect product in the description - I hope it will work on my vacation next days.
But I needed some support (by WhattsApp-Chat), very good & helpful support, all question are solved. The problem was in the iOS-app, not all was shown (e.g. ordered eSim) at the same time as in the browser. Support solved that.

The customer service was amazing. Very quick and helpful. I’m all set. Looking forward to test the service once in my destinations.

The esim in laos didnt work at all and the support wasnt helpful at all and went offline for 30 min in midst of the conversation without any solution
