I ordered the flask charger late 2025. It arrived fairly quickly, all things considered that it was going from Asia to the US. However, I've had some product issues and customer service is completely non-existent. No responses ever from their contact email or through social media. Given everything - buyer beware. If you have any issues you will be completely on your own.
I ordered a product from this company (for about $160) on October 1st the order was confirmed since then nothing has happened (no tracking link or information). I reached out twice (on October 6 and 9) to the contact information email on their website no response. It’s been 10 days since my purchase was confirmed I still have zero response from them. Looks like I have to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
