I thought this process would be difficult but it’s not. Easy to sign in easy to speak with someone on the chat. This is really time efficient if u driving or working. The inspection process is easy to take a picture once u get off work or just got back from the store. U legit can log in when ever and the time frame they give u is plenty of time to finish it everyday. Instead of taking time off to have someone inspect ur home. Thank you

I noticed that I was completing the inspection for the wrong apartment. I reached out to them if they could switch it. They were able to switch the apartment number and I didn’t have to start all over!!

My issue was resolved and all my questions answered!

Staff was prompt at clarifying that accidentally reopening the inspection and submitting it at a later date would not nullify the original date of completion, and that they would provide documentation should the property managers ask. As a renter, I feel safe and assured that they've got my back.
Either way, thank god for the timeline feature! The only thing I can think of to improve the app would be that it would be good to make it harder to reopen a completed inspection to prevent users from misclicking and accidentally prolonging the timeline, especially if it were taking the inspection due date into consideration.
