The bar isn’t wide enough. I can’t even grab it when I try to bar squat. The trainers on the app are using bands much longer than what I received. My bar won’t fit on the other side of the door without taking it apart. Takes too long to switch between exercises. I really wish I loved this thing. It has so much potential, but I am returning mine.

ETA: Customer service sucks. When I contacted them about not being able to access the fee trial for the app, I was told if I left a 5 star review on trustpilot they would give me 1 year free access to the app. 3 months later and they have provided no access to the app, not even the 1 week trial. At first, they would respond to my text messages, but never responded to email or phone calls, by saying that if I would just leave a 5 start review they would give me a year access. After responding that I had already done so, and including proof, they simply quit responding to even the texts. Is the equipment worth the money? Probably. But the lack of training material, lack of customer service, lack of professionalism and accountability makes it all questionable. For that reason, downgrading to 3 stars.
Product was shipped quickly, but in 5 separate boxes, so it didn't all arrive at once. This is no big deal except the 7 day free trial to the app doesn't begin from the day you login with your code, but from when they send the email, which is when you place your order. I contacted them through text messaging and received a helpful response. I've used the equipment a little bit, so far, and it is easy to use and I've had no problems with it. I think an improvement would be for them to put together a booklet showing how to use the equipment to target different muscle groups, but I suppose that is all included with the app, which I haven't logged in to review, yet. I'll update once I've had a few days to check the app out.
Overall, it seems to be good equipment for those who travel a lot, desire to stay fit in their own home, or want to save money from a gym membership. Can you get enough resistance to bulk up? I doubt it. But to tone and keep fit? Absolutely.

The band broke the first time using it, and I wasn't even pushing that hard on the overhead press.
Customer service was passable at best -- I had sent the initial email stating my case with all the pertinent info: name, problem, photo, order number. They sent a response requesting that I send an email to the same address with the same info again?? When I did, they responded again and were trying to be pushy about just having it replaced instead. I reiterated again that I have no interest in using such a shoddy, unsafe product. When all was done, they agreed to move through while making known that per policy they would only replace 50% of the cost of damaged equipment, even after I'd purchase the extended warranty!
Then, when I finally get the return label to print, it says it still requires postage! It's not prepaid, like any decent company would do.
Extremely disappointing lesson learned.
Edit: after reading this very review, they reached out and apologized with a full refund.

Tried to order this on sept 5. Never recieved my item. On 9/24 I was told my order was in the "shipping que." My emails to support were bounced back as undeliverable. I have contacted my card company to get my money back.

Update- Customer service has been very nice about talking to me and making this right. This could have possibly just been one bad set, which can happen occasionally. I am very excited to get back to using this again since it is one of the most convenient ways to get a workout in while traveling or in tight spaces. I will update again if this lasts a long time.
The product broke within 6 weeks and when I asked them about it, customer service just tried to sell me more products and warranties. Cheap product and bad customer service.

I too am in the same boat with many others. This was purchased for me, for father's day, this year. When I received it, I noticed it was missing the bag and door plugs. I reached out to RedgeFit and never heard back. Now, a couple months later, 1 band has broken and another on its way. I have been using a similar system that I purchased at WalMart, 2 years ago and have had 0 issues with it. For the cost, it's just not worth it.

Just save yourself time and frustration and do not buy this product. The original band that they had would always break. They switched to a different manufacturer or something and the new bands break as well. These bands hurt when they break. I e always taken great care of my exercise equipment and stored it properly. When I email them all they say is that I should buy a warranty. People should not have to buy a warranty in case the product fails while you are using it, that’s dangerous.

If you're reading this after purchasing, when the band breaks (trust me it will), I hope you're not injured by it and please don't return it. If you're reading this because you want to make a decision about this product, it is not worth your money or time.
The product cost over $100, returning it cost minimum $20 and if you're returning because it broke you're going to be refunded less than 50% of purchase price. Forget about the 30day money back guarantee.
Issue 1.
The 3 day shipping is a lie. I ordered on 7-22-24 and received that order on 8-2-24.
Issue 2
The advertised free access to their app is a half truth. You pay extra for the app thinking you have "access to watch tutorial videos, sign up to your favorite workout programs and custom meal plans". We'll, it's behind a pay wall. The only access you have to workouts are the ones recorded to show you how to use the machine. Basically, the paper in the package with pictures about the workouts, you get access to videos of those pictures.
Issue 3
The essence of resistance band is defeated by cheap bands and horrible design. The bands are cheaply made and they are shorter than most resistance bands. They are bound to break even if you use it as described. Mine broke while I was following along with one of their "free videos". Yes. I injured my fingers. That's a 0 for performance.
Issue 4
The requirements for return or exchange is cumbersome enough to not warrant your tike. First, you must return in the original packaging. Second, you must return with in 5 days of receiving some email from them (they will respond on a Saturday, so now you have Just three days to return it). Failure to following either of these requirements will result in no refund especially because you would have paid for shipping, they will deduct $15 and only refund 50% of whatever you paid.
If you made it this far, I saved the justification for the one star. The bar and handles are of decent quality. I've had some resistance bands I bought in peak 2020 lock down but because they didn't come with a bar, I couldn't do squats. I pondered just buying a bar but the configuration for the ones are saw wouldn't work with my bands. That lead me to this horrible company and product.

This product and company are crap! I bought one then cancelled my order 15 minutes later but they contacted four days later sayin it was already too late! What crap! Then I caught the mail person before they even left it on my porch when it finally came and sent it back 6/6/24 finally after making a big deal about it I was just emailed today to let me know it would be 10-20 more days for a freakin refund still!! How are they still in business this isn’t the only reviewI’ll be leaving they a crap company thieves and liars! Never buy anything from them period I could make their gym for 5$ in my garage and perform a better service !!

When I purchased the advertised a free subscription to their app. Upon logging in zero of the workouts were available to use. Every single workout either would not play or ask for money. To receive the subscription you were supposed to pay at a certain level which I did. I do not appreciate the dishonesty and what to me is an outright lie.

I placed an order on July 12th, 2024, and the email received confirming my order stated this was a 3 day priority shipping. It's now day 10, and my order has still not shipped out. I've reached out to the company twice with no reply. I was looking forward to beginning my fitness journey, but I'll have to look for another home fitness journey. I just want my refund so I can purchase with another company. What a disappointment!

I ordered a portable gym for my husband for Father’s Day and never received it even though it said in transit. I called ups and they said to contact ridge fit too. This was June 19. The company said they’d look into it. It is now July 2 and no response. I have emailed numerous times. No response. I’m very frustrated. I would give this company zero stars if I could! Very disappointed. DO NOT order from this company!!
