Absolute bastards don't ever order from them they will take your money and not send you your order

Total and Complete Scam. They trippled my order at the full price with out the quantity discount then charged me twice on the same day,,,,and never did supply any product ,,,but kept sending me endless reassurances that the product is on its way ,,,more than a month ago.

Placed an order on Feb 24, 2026. Did not receive order. Emailed company multiple times requesting update or refund. As of today March 26,2026 we have not received the product or a refund. Company has not responded to the last two emails. Looks like website has been taken down. Can not locate any further information

I've been waiting for my order for a long time but nothing happens.. the tracking number is also not valid.. they have responded many times to my inquiry that delivery is right around the corner but nothing happens... I feel like this is just a "cowboy" company and thus lost money ;O((

I ordered their cayenne pepper soft jells on march 15th and my credit card was billed that day. Never received a confirmation or a shipment detail. Went to their help email 3 times with no responses. The website now seems to be defunct. Going to have to contact my credit card company because they have me listed as having a subscription and when I clicked on the manage subscription link it literally went nowhere.

I made a purchase on March 2nd, 2026 of your Cayenne Pepper product with order number 10042, which according to your status is on its way.
Strangely, today I was notified of two purchases with order numbers 15456 and 15183 made today, March 14th, purchases that I do not recognize, meaning your system, since it already has my card registered, is making purchases without my authorization, which I consider a crime. i sent to you a lote of e-mails and you just answer once and blocked me the acess to view my orders or visit your shop

Don’t buy from them big scam!!!! They took money from my credit card!!!!

Be very careful ordering off this website. They keep your credit card and will remove money from your account without your approval.
I made one order off this website. It’s been 6 weeks and still nothing has arrived. And then they tried taking over $200 from my account when I hadn’t made anymore orders.

Do not touch these cowboys this is a SCAM INSTAGRAM HOAX SITE they went to my account for a subs I never signed up to and original order never arrived STAY AWAY

There shipping time was pretty long and I did reach out to them asking where my order was, the customer support team reached out to me fast and told me that they were rebranding and would take longer so they gave me an extra free pack of cayenne pepper for the delay. Just got them last week and I have noticed improved stamina and energy!
