We would like to clarify that customers are not required to make multiple purchases before canceling a subscription. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future renewals.

It is also important to clarify that subscription pricing is offered at a discounted rate compared to a standard one-time purchase. If a customer chooses to cancel before the first scheduled renewal, the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular one-time purchase price may apply. This policy exists to prevent misuse of subscription discounts and is disclosed as part of the subscription terms.

We respectfully disagree with the characterization that our advertising is misleading or false. We strive to present our pricing, subscription options, and policies as clearly as possible throughout the checkout process and in post-purchase communications.
