I have only used one bottle and being honest I have not seen any results as of yet. I will update you after I have used several bottles as to any change.

Easy instructions to follow. Follow the three a day regimen with plenty of water. I worked out to help the growth. I’m now seeing great progress within the first month! I get lots of compliments.
