Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They sell items online , charge your card and then cancel the order because the item is not actually in stock. Has happened to me multiple times. The worst part is that they fully charge you before confirming the order and now claim refund will take 3-5 business days. Not acceptable business practice. Most retailers will at the very least confirm inventory before charging the card, or charge at time of shipping which is standard business practice.

Pathetic excuse of a company….

Pathetic excuse of a company….
Received an email for a Red Wing sale.
Placed my order, got confirmation, then a day after they email saying their inventory was wrong and my order got cancelled and refunded.
It can happen… under certain circumstances.
The item is not discontinued, and is still available from the supplier for them to honor the order.
But it gets better !

The boots are still available to order from them at full price the day after…!!!
If you made a mistake with your sale, suck it up but honor it !
