Slow delivery

Ordered on 12/7 and still waiting for arrival. It is now 12/18. It says it’s been in Chicago since 12/12. A little ridiculous. Their website says USPS for delivery, but it’s a third party company.

Almost perfect

Love the way they fit. No more compression than my favorite leggings. Wearing all day at work(preschool teacher) they don’t stay up well but wearing for church or event I don’t move much is perfect. 3 stars because they got a hole the second time I wore them. I wore again since the hole couldn’t be seen. Probably won’t get too many more wears out of them. Fit and comfort is so much better than I ever found before.

Love All Of the Styles!

I love every pair of tights I’ve ordered! I especially love the play gloss line. They are so soft with a fun little shine that makes me feel more polished! I’m so happy that Jude tughts are back in fashion, and Noosh has created the perfect combination of comfort and style!

I can’t get anyone in customer service…

I can’t get anyone in customer service to respond. My packages have had a status of “out for delivery” for multiple days through their logistics company Uni Uni. Uni Uni was not helpful in locating and no one from Noosh is responding. Google all their bad reviews online…hate I wasted $120 here.

Issue with maternity fleece-lined tights

I ordered the maternity fleece-lined tights and unfortunately they are not wearable. The material is very nice but the second you wear them for a minute they slide all the way down and are extremely uncomfortable - not at all like Noosh’s opaque tights (which are amazing).

Want to love but can't

I want to love these tights so much. The waistband of these tights are better than any tights I've ever worn, which is why I came back a second time for them. HOWEVER, these tights are NOT run-proof by any means. I wore my new gloss tights out for the FIRST time last weekend and by the end of the evening, my toe had broken through... In previous pairs, the smallest things add runs down the leg. For this price point, I just can't lie and say it's worth it. I should get more than 1 wear out of $30+ tights.

I never received my order

I never received my order. There was two delivery attempts for whatever reason both were not delivered (address was correct) my order was returned to warehouse twice. I was emailing with a staff, after my second delivery attempt failed they advised to contact the shipping company Uniuni to make a claim. I provided my number to Uniuni so they can contact me when package was being delivered. Package never got delivered. I received a email from Uniuni stating my claim was closed and package was sent to warehouse successfully. I contact the lady I was emailing with and she never responded. Had to make a new contact request. After all that I requested a refund for my order and they only gave me partial refund. I don't Recommend this business. Which is a shame because the stocking look pretty.

After the second delivery attempt failed, we immediately refunded your order in full, not partially. If that is not taking responsibility, we do not know what is, and we sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations.

We don't want you to leave with such a bad experience, so we'd like to try shipping your order again. I placed another replacement order, free of charge, and hopefully this time it will be delivered.
