I am writing to formally complain about a pending refund and the unacceptable behavior of your customer service staff.
Order Date: March 12th (Paid Online)
Cancellation Date: March 14th (Cancelled by delivery personnel)
Issue: As of March 27th, the refund has not been credited to my account despite the cancellation occurring 13 days ago.
Furthermore, I wish to report a highly unprofessional interaction with your agent, Mr. Sameer, on the toll-free line. He was dismissive, refused to provide his name until he realized he was being recorded, and abruptly disconnected the call when I requested to speak with a supervisor.
This experience has created significant trust issues. I request an immediate update on the status of my refund, including the Transaction Reference Number (RRN), and a confirmation that this behavior has been addressed by management.

My 10-year old daughter noticed the crew worked really hard. Reasonable price. I will tell my new neighbors to use mylo because they are organized and protected my things.
