Herman was great
Herman was very responsive to my request and refund was done straight away. Communication was great.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Last script was used 3 months a go after my last delivery. Only told me after they started processing my order this time and now stuck in limbo. Some has been going to contact me in a day for 4+ days. They really don't seem to have their process sorted. I don't recommend them

I was very sceptical at first. After one month I felt the changes in the way my clothes fit and how I felt. After two months other people started to notice the changes. Yes it felt good and I felt more confident in myself.

Sheila S. Was super helpful, feeling grateful
Sheila S. Went above and beyond in tracking down the issue with my 2nd prescription, there was a large delay after my assessment, photos were sent and the script being prescribed. Sheila provided full and consistent follow up and chased up where the issue occurred. I am happy that my script arrived the day before my 5th injection was due. Peace of mind was restored to allow me to continue on my weight loss program. Thank you again. 😊

So far the experience i have had wih Dianne
So far the experience i have had with the company has been outstanding.
Dianne is excellent I love the follow up to assure my issue had been either resolved or needed more assistance which Dianne kept her finger on the pulse until I advised her otherwise.

I am so impressed with this service!
They contacted me to speak with a dietician I had access to an app and doctors.
The delivery was fast and I felt informed along the way.
Moshi has already made me feel like I am cared for and this company feels like they actually care.
