Zero customer support

Zero customer support. They take weeks to reply to emails if they even reply... Even worse, the app falsely claims issues are ‘resolved’ when they’re not, sending you into a frustrating rabbit hole and wasting all your credits for nothing...

The plan structure is terrible

The plan structure is terrible - while building - you will need to upgrade or downgrade - you are unable to be on a flat rate plan and add credits - the system of credits and plans need improvement - the larger dev projects force you into the higher tier and the credits are used rapidly with every chat, and every repair and every response. - Not worth it and will be moving away after spending several hundred on this no-code app builder..

I had a really frustrating experience…

I had a really frustrating experience with GetMoca. While it does build the app, it completely devours your credits every time you need to make even a small adjustment. Also very frequently your app preview won't load so they'll charge you credits to fix the preview. It’s a rip-off—by the time you fix one issue, all your credits are gone, and you're pressured to upgrade. I do not recommend it

Worst experience ever they will steal…

Worst experience ever they will steal your money 🤬 They should all be in prison... They don't respond back in a timely manner. All they care about is your money not providing you with a working app. Stay away you been warned 😢😢😢

Great product. Shipping business changing apps.

Provides a great product. I've been able to build multiple apps that have changes our business.

Support could be a little faster but otherwise, good product and shipping updates consistently enough to pace with bigger no code app builders. Mocha was early with code > live app and they continue to implement timely updates as new tech emerges.

On January 4

Charged After Cancellation — No Refund, No Support

Review:

On January 4, 2026, I was charged ₦72,950 (about $50 USD) by Mocha AI for a Pro subscription, even though I had stopped using the service in mid-December.

I did not use a single credit after this charge. I immediately contacted Mocha and requested cancellation and a full refund. They replied once on January 5 saying they were “looking into it” — and then completely stopped responding.

As of today, I have:

Received no refund

Received no follow-up

Received no explanation

This comes after weeks of serious platform problems in December where Mocha’s system repeatedly lost user data, deleted paid members, miscalculated balances, and burned through my paid credits without resolving core issues.

I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and documenting this experience so other users can make an informed decision.

I cannot recommend Mocha to anyone, especially international users, based on this experience.
