I never received my order even though…

I never received my order even though they charged me for it. I reached out to the company twice and no one replied! Since I signed up to have automatic delivery every 2 weeks, they charged me again today for the next order supposedly to go out. I do not trust this company and have reached out to them for a third time to cancel. Since they never replied to my first two emails, I have little faith they will respond to this third email, so I have also reached out to my bank's freud department to try to prevent them from taking any more of my money.
