I’ve been using Mindful for several years now, and have always had a positive experience with customer support. Aimee, in particular, was of great assistance to me recently. She was able to help me reschedule my appointment and work with the billing department to make sure I had continuous access to care.

The experience was wonderful!!
The experience was wonderful!!! I love that is possible to get an online appointment to discuss medication and treatment for your mental health to start with. With being very busy with work and living so far away from treatment facilities this was very convenient and easy to do. The clinician was very friendly and supportive. I felt comfortable with her because I been to many different providers and felt like they were just judging and not actually listening. I was able to get my medication sent my local pharmacy immediately and this took a lot of worry away for I couldn’t function without it. I look forward to continuing my treatment plan with your company and would recommend it to anyone who is struggling with mental health…:
