Great bit of kit,

I purchased lights for my husband & son for Christmas presents. Order arrived quickly. Both were skeptical when they opened the boxes. Lights are now their favoite item to use around the house. Hubby practically wears it all day when working on vehicles, projects & honey-do lists. Thank you!!!!

The Customer service was on top of things, as soon as I said I had not received my order and it was Christmas gifts, they got another order on the way without charging me twice!! I appreciate Good Customer Service since I have worked in the field for many years. KUDOS and Thank you for standing behind your word and product

Such great products and quick delivery. Bought the headlamp for my husband for Christmas, was so impressed I went back in January and bought again for my dad and brother in law, plus the gloves for all of them. Will be checking back in for other new products.

Shipping was very fast. I bought a Lumi light for my husband, son, and son-in-law. They all love it. One asked where I purchased them so he can buy the headlamp for others.

This product is amazing. Great for camping or anything outdoors when it gets dark.

I was pleasantly impressed from the time I placed my order until the time I received it. But better than that the product is awesome, I have so many happy people that I gifted the head lamp to. I even had to order more for my family who are enjoying them so much. Will order more 👏

This is an updated review...Initially, my experience was not great. I had ordered the lights in Oct. or early Nov. 2025 and they had not arrived before Christmas of 2025. I noticed that I had an email from GOFO (delivery company) saying that they were unable to deliver my order. Come to find out, I may have typed in the incorrect number of my home.So, I called GOFO, corrected the address and thought nothing more. Still the order did not arrive, so I called again. Made sure the address was correct and they even pulled up my house on Google Maps and described my home to me. Still, no delivery. After another call, I learned that my order had been returned to the manufacturer. So frustrating. I sent an email to "Brian" and he assured me that the order would be resent at no cost to me. I also resent my correct address...and I know it was typed correctly. I was happy about this and considered it good customer service. A few days later, I received an email stating that my order would be delivered soon. Guess what....It was the wrong house number...AGAIN. I was so upset. I immediately wrote back and shared my frustration and my address, once again. I then received a response from "Brian" who assured me that he had checked with GOFO and all I needed to do was call them and correct the address and it would be delivered. In the meantime, I am thinking that I am never going to get the headlamps. I did call GOFO, spoke to, yet another, customer service representative and was assured that I would receive the lights in three days. Two days later, on January 23, 2026, a package was delivered and the lights were in it!!! Hallelujah!!! I was so happy and the recipients were thrilled. So, even though it was a very frustrating experience, I have to say that LumiLight worked with me to honor their commitment and it seems to be a great product. I am not sure why the address was misunderstood several times, but it all worked out. Thank you, "Brian" for your commitment to good customer service and for fast response times. I will recommend this product and company to others and will always double check my typing of my address in any future order.

Loved both products we ordered, the Flashlight and the Headlamp. Exactly as advertised so we were pleasantly surprised at the brightness.
We would definitely recommend.
