This review is for Donna (Aberdeen to Edinburgh Friday 26th September)
I stupidly panicked at Aberdeen and locked myself out of app. Then to discover on the train l was suppose to get the tickets at Aberdeen train station. After admitting my mistake to Donna . She said she could she if she could help . Appeared 15 mins later not only with Aberdeen to Edinburgh tickets but Edinburgh to Aberdeen tickets . I was so relieved and thankful for her help. Thanks so much Donna . Makes the world a better place when you get a person like her . Thanks again

How to get refund for yearly subscription!

Hey!
If you, like me, forgot to cancel your free trial and got charged a huge amount, then do this!

Contact Liner through their "Contact Us" section on their website and write something saying that you live in the EU and are therefore eligible for a refund within 14 days of starting the paid subscription.

That's what their terms and conditions say. If you don't say this, I don't think they accept any other reason to refund the amount.

I hope this helps someone! x

Cheaters aren't honest people

I didn't use it, but looked at it. I'm amazed at all the people who use this service, which is cheating, basically, who think that cheaters will be honest people.

Predatory Billing Practices & Zero Customer Care – Avoid Liner at All Costs!

Liner’s refund policy is an absolute scam. I signed up for a free trial, forgot to cancel, and was hit with a $400 annual charge—a price that is nowhere near justified for the service they provide. When I reached out immediately after noticing the charge, their response was cold, dismissive, and a copy-paste of their refund policy.

I explained that I’m a student facing financial hardship and haven’t used their service at all, but they refused to issue even a partial refund. This is the kind of exploitative subscription model that preys on people who don’t have time to track every auto-renewal. No reminders, no grace period, just a hefty charge and a refusal to acknowledge any kind of human error.

A legitimate company with good customer service would have some flexibility and understanding. Instead, Liner makes it painfully clear that they care more about trapping users into paying than actually providing value. If a company is so confident in its product, why resort to deceptive subscription tactics instead of letting users genuinely decide whether the service is worth the money?

If you’re thinking about trying Liner, DON’T. There are plenty of better alternatives that don’t resort to shady billing practices and actually support their users.

Liner is a textbook example of a company that prioritizes short-term profit over long-term customer trust. Avoid at all costs.

hard to cancel

hard to cancel, make you jump through hoops to do it. If you cancel early they remove all access to it even if you paid for the year. this makes it easy for someone to forget so they can collect on it. do not use their service, not worth the headache.

Pro Liner on getliner.com is evolving…

Liner on getliner.com is evolving in its orbit to search for far off destinations... while Liner on liner.com is building a new galaxy.

Now just make membership records (such as history of payment) accessible and the annual fee could become a lot more understandable...

Charge Me Ahead of Time

Ridiculous! Now is still 11/24/2024, I attached a snapshot. But it shows I cancelled their subscription on Nov 25 2024.
In other words, they charge me before the charge time!
