Very poor customer service. Didn't send check in information, then sent incomplete guest guide which was missing pages, including internet and garbage. Had to talk to building manager to sort it out. Call center staff seemed very poorly trained.

Summer short stay partner

Lavanda have been a great summer short stay partner. Effective communication throughout, and always on hand for support and guidance. We have been able to deploy short stays with minimal impact on our on-site teams. I recommend them for your letting requirements.

Freddie Wolff - King of Lavanda

Before being inducted our team were very skeptical as it was all new to us, or most of us. Every step of the way Freddie and the team has helped us at every point whether it was a full on induction, training on the portal, setting up our account and being on call pretty much 24/7 to answer any questions. Once the initial training had happened it was pretty much easy sailing as the training was so informative and made it very simple to understand, but he has continued to be on call for support and check in with us throughout. Would highly recommend. Thanks from all the team in Glasgow

Great App & Team!

We have used Lavanda for a couple of years now and as a cleaning contractor the software is simply fantastic. Very easy to use, informative and gets the job done quickly and effectively. We have had the pleasure of working with Sam & Beth at Lavanda who have always been at the end of the phone answering questions promptly & with the upmost professionalism. More recently Sam has assisted our company with a couple of challenges which he managed to resolve quickly. I would highly recommend the app & the team at Lavanda!

Excellent Collaboration & Company

Working with Rhio and Rico from Lavanda has been a real pleasure. They have a thorough understanding of the vacation rental industry and are very professional to work with.
It has been great working along-side them as a channel manager partner.
I would recommend this service to everyone!

Took no responsibility for their errors.

Upon returning from abroad to enter my own property, I asked Lavanda to send my keys to a hotel I would be staying at on the first night. I gave them over a week to send these but they left it to the last minute and the keys didn’t arrive until the three days after - I ended up having to use a locksmith to get into my own flat (cheaper than three days in a hotel)....and Lavanda aren’t accepting any responsibility for this. Really disappointing and handled very badly.

I've had the pleasure to work alongside Lavanda this year and I've been really impressed with the streamlined operation system they have. Their software has helped us plan our days more efficiently and having a reliable relationship partner in Jason has helped us with any curveballs thrown at us. Definitely recommend!

Great apartment close to Regent's park

The apartment was very nice and spacious, close to Regent's park and to 3 tube stops. Only thing I have to say negative is that the windows aren't sound proof so it's quite noisy from the traffic. It's a residental area so luckily no noise from bars etc. It was easy to get and deliver the keys. The company contacted me a bit late - I had no email address for them until they sent me an email just a couple of days before we were getting there, and that's when you get the information as to which apartment you get and where to get keys.

Lavanda is the key to streamlining property management operations!

Lavanda’s software really helps with the operational side of airbnb management. They are the one company on the market that has clearly built their software alongside physical management of properties and this really shines through with a carefully thought through tools to aid with day-to-day operations and staff management. The best two features for us have to be the map based task allocations, a game changer for our operational staff, and the tickets and task function, which has really streamlined our workflows and resolution times on operational issues. Not only that, but they have also helped us strategically grow our management portfolio, referring a number of new properties to us in fantastic locations. Would definitely recommend!!

Great sales process but a terrible…

Great sales process but a terrible experience thereon in. I chose the most expensive company to manage my flat while I was travelling as I I wanted to make sure my home was in good hands. Unfortunately, they did nothing to justify the trust I placed in them and I saw no evidence of any of the benefits that you would expect a higher commission to deliver. My flat was kept clean but otherwise it was not well maintained. They had no real way of vetting prospective tenants and it felt like I was just an inconvenience and the tenant was the primary client. And then, to cap it all, they added extra charges at the end of the contract to avoid paying money that was due to me (the charges were either wrong or I had not been advised of them in advance). I would never go near them again.

(A further comment, based on Lavanda's response. It is unfair to place the blame for my dissatisfaction on a 'trusted partner' as the property was managed for the first two months directly by Lavanda. It was then sub-contracted out to the 'partner' who would only have charged me 15% for their services if I had gone to them directly, vs the 25% I was paying Lavanda. And Lavanda were not positioning themselves as a tech company at the time I signed up with them in August 2018, but as a property management firm.)
