Ordered Keyzmo on a special buy 4 get 3 free. When my order came up that’s what it showed but they included an extra single order on the invoice.. I didn’t want to redo the whole process so I thought no biggie, I will just pay it and have an extra one. I paid $106 dollars and my package arrived with only 3 in it but an invoice for all 8 . Sent 3 emails all of which were undeliverable. That means they shut down their email.. I located the customer service number on this website. They themselves don’t have it available. I ordered on 11/26/25 and received the package on 12/5/25…

They got back to me and apologized for the trouble I experienced and promptly sent the remaining part of my order.. Which happened to be 5 units.. I actually emailed the company that provides the billing service for them as their name shows on your card statement… You also have to lookup their customer service phone number which doesn’t appear on their website, and leave a voicemail. And even though I didn’t order them through Amazon, being a prime member I was able to message them there..

They advertise that they are “an American company.” Yeah, they have an office in Arizona, but their product is manufactured in China.

I'm writing my review based on how I decided not to purchase what I was excited about. The Kezmo.
So I'm disappointed in this company that it would mail people empty boxes not deliver their product. And I see that people do not get answers from this company. They blow them off. So sad to see and I see that you probably

A general contractor is a friend of mine and I was going to give it to him because he's a building inspector now. He doesn't have his tools on his truck and he could have used this.
This doesn't mean you're not a good company. It means that you aren't following through with the people that have complaints. Nowhere do I see that they have written back that you have contacted them and mailed them The item that did not show up.
So I would have to say buyer beware

The ordering is confusing. I thought I was ordering 3 (one of which would be free) but got 6.. After I realized my mistake, I went on Amazon and canceled the order. The cancelation didn't go through, the box arrived with 6, and I ended being charged $89.00. I couldn't find the order or the cancelation on my Amazon account again. Also, the item doesn't come with directions regarding how to use it for each task. Unless you are a carpenter, an engineer or extremely handy with tools, you will not know how to use it. It's a waste of money and I do not recommend purchasing.

Not sure what kind of math they use but it’s not what I learned in school. They said order 3 and get two free. They were $13.74 each and they said it was a total of $68+ then it showed the two free and a $35 discount and the total was $81+. How is this possible and they haven’t added shipping yet. Sounds like a scam.

I ordered from an ad on Facebook that was by 2 get one free. When they game I got 2 and ONE EMPTY BOX! I sent email to them but have never heard back. They are a rip off, DO NOT ORDER~

I ordered a Keyzmo on November 18, you were very QUICK to take the money from my account.....Now, WHEN DO I GET MY KEYZMO??!! I DID get it for a Christmas gift. Can SOMEONE help me?!?

I ordered 3, only received 2. 1 box was empty. I emailed the company twice directly, no reply. Would not recommend this company, unless you want to be ripped off. Going by other reviews which i wish i had read first, they appear to offer an appalling customer service, basically none.

Do not fall for this, the company is completely unreliable with no customer service. I ordered a package of 3 of these, they were a better deal that way. But I never saw any of them, they ship from China and that takes a wile, I kept looking at the tracking number and it looks like maybe they got stuck somewhere after they arrived in the USA. that may have been the mail carier's fault but regardless of whose fault is was I tried to ask for a refund and was sent to a third party for customer service, who took forever to respond to my emails and questions. I have not been able to get a refund. I ordered them over 2 months ago.

Got this for Christmas, I am a technical person and have basically all necessary tools to do anything from wood working to electrical, body work, auto mechanic, plumbing etc. this key is something that I will never use this is something for a kid or a unskilled person that has no clue as to what he is doing. It would be a waste of time for me to carry this for the next possible repair.

Ordered from this company, after 2 weeks still no sign of it turning up, the email stated shipped but tracking to UK doesnt work, links to UK post office. Emails bounce back and no way to contact in US. Scam?

I saw this advertisement and thought for a good stocking filler at the price $17.horrified to find i had been charged fifty pounds for postage. Tried to communicate with them but not answering.

Won’t take payment by PayPal and postage at £5.00 per item is rather excessive!

I ordered this from an apple news link and the price was quoted in pounds. in confirming my order it quoted me in GBP, with added taxes. I then tried to cancel my order but no one has responded. no point having a good product if you don't have good service!

I’m impressed. As an avid outdoorsman, I was skeptical that a product of this size could accomplish everything it promised. It’s proven it can get the job done time and time again, and is now the first thing I pack when heading out to fish, hunt or camp.

Keyzmo has come to my rescue a few times now, so everyone on my Christmas list is getting one this year. It was given to me as a gift, so paying it forward to others who I know will love it just as much as I do.

They’re not kidding when they say Keyzmo is indestructible. It’s an incredibly well-made product that I have no doubt will last forever, despite the rigors I put it through.

An extremely clever product! I have yet to experience an issue around my house that my Keyzmo couldn’t help me successfully tackle — it’s always in my pocket now.

This little multi-tool is going with me everywhere – work, bike riding, hiking and more. It’s so compact and useful, there’s no point in leaving it home when it fits right in my pocket or on my keychain.
