I ordered a 4 pack of natural toothbrushes back in August, paid $39.95 for them have not received them, and unable to contact them as website 'unavailable'!! Contacting my bank to report them and hopefully get my money back. Very disappointing.....

Absolutely appalling. Ordered in July. Not arrived Ist Oct. Minor items and modest amount however I expect to receive goods or get a refund. I was advised that good are on the way after I emailed asking. I do not believe this as there is no way of tracking the company. Any search comes up negative or non existent. I am furious and want my money back!
Scam. I never received my order. Never even got a confirmation email with order number. Chased delivery several times. Very little communication from them -when do hear back lied to each time.one excuse after another. Asked for refund twice now. Not received refund. Offered replacement that is never dispatched. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
This is a scam site. Purchased their toothbrushes. Nothing arrived. No communications. Had to charge back through my credit card provider. Hosted on Shopify who are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot.
