SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE
I fell for this company after seeing an advert on facebook ... under no circumstance i can recommend them. The glasses arrived from China a pair were damaged and the smell of them is purtrid ... even after numerous washes. I contacted seller to report damaged product and even after numerous contact us submissions they have not responded. This company is definatly a dishonest scam !!!!
Buyer beware…
I fell for this companies hype too but it is important to fight back.
Tracking involved flight from China….
Glasses do not have CE mark which is mandatory for all glasses and eyewear sold in the UK.
Offered all sorts of refund but stuck out with their 100%,180 day no quibble refund returns policy.
People power is the only way of fighting against this poor business model.
DO NOT BUY.... SCAM
This company is a scam ,naming itself very similar to another company in USA.
They have an upmarket advert on social media. The glasses they supplied are cheap plastic from China with yellow lenses that don't remove glare just make everything yellow & people invisible so are actually very dangerous. The glasses smell very strange when wearing & don't fit over spectacles. Unfortunately they are only fit for the bin ,I really feel a lessened learned & will never buy from social media again as Chinese rip offs.

With a refund policy of 180days no quibble I purchased in the hope of a decent product... more fool me!
They don't even adhere to their own refund policy, at first offering a 30% refund, because apparently it less hassle for me!
A 'UK' fronted company selling poor quality and a mis-advertised CHEAP product claiming to be better than it is.
Avoid it at least know your statutory rights!
As a follow up to my earlier review
As a follow up to my earlier review - I did contact PayPal and they paid me all my money back today. Result. Now know to check Truatpilot every time before believing website 'reviews' Definitely AVOID this company as others have said
BUYER BEWARE` - copycat website
getheadlightglasses.co.uk is a copycat of a real company (original is headlightglasses.com).
The company registration no. is 12900077 - registered to EL HASSANI LTD (Moroccan director) - glasses are cheap items that ship from China.
DONT use this company
DONT use this company. The glasses that eventually came from China are garbage!
The company claims to be a uk company, don’t believe it, they are just a drop shipping company selling Chinese tat.
Proper con using a .co.uk website, yes they did answer my email asking to cancel order, but no luck on my behalf.
Trustpilot say they are not following their guidelines, they are correct, the glasses are rubbish and not even worth 1 star, I don’t believe any of the positive reviews.
Glasses damaged on receipt
I received my glasses but unfortunately one lense had come loose. I telephoned Getheadlightglasses and having told them the problem they apologised and said a replacement pair would be ordered and sent to me. True to their word the new pair arrived safely. Excellent service so five star review.
My order for headlight glasses arrived…
My order for headlight glasses arrived promptly.Tried them out last night, absolutely brilliant, oncoming car led lights didn't dazzle!! Highly recommend*****
Scam
This company is a fraud. It pretends to be headlightglasses.com and rides on their back. They claim to be a UK company….a lie. After a very long wait (they came from China) I received the glasses. Their product is total garbage. Cheap and nasty with absolutely no glare reducing properties, just yellow lenses which actually made the glare worse as the scene becomes yellow dazzle which is totally alien to the eyes and brain. I hope these scumbag bastards rot in hell. Don’t buy….you’ll put yourself and others in danger.
No quibble - full refund.
This rating is in recognition of the excellent response I have recieved from this company to my request for a refund. After reading these reviews I got cold feet about the quality of the product I had ordered. I immediately went to PayPal regarding a refund and was given contact details for Getheadlightglasses to apply direct to the company. That was yesterday and today I recieved my refund. You can't complain about that!
Expensive rubbish
Took ages to arrive, despite being a U.K. based company….they are not. These come from China and don’t do much at all, apart from stink of cigarette smoke .Expensive rubbish. AVOID.
Am currently disputing the transaction via PayPal.
Brilliant glasses!
I was sceptical about the effectiveness of night driving glasses but took a chance and ordered a pair and I'm so glad I did - they're brilliant! I had struggled with bright LED lights when driving at night for a while but these glasses have genuinely made an amazing difference. By removing the glare from the lights and reflections when raining the view of the road and traffic is as clear as driving in the day. I now feel confident driving at night again. Highly recommend.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!
To be honest, the advert showing on social media recently is good. However, once you click on the ‘Buy’ link, it sends you to a site that looks very familiar and yet, almost convincing too. Not a single mention of Chinese involvement, coming with a UK based mobile number (always a clue something is wrong if you think about it) and a UK office based location. Sounds good right? WRONG!
The address of 71-75 Shelton Street is a building of serviced offices. And also the home of some 85000 businesses, allegedly. Do your research and you’ll find this address has been used in multiple fraud cases. Evidence through web searches shows that it is a building effectively offering a mailbox service.
And then we move on to the REAL reviews of the glasses, not the fake reviews on the shopping page. It seems they are simply not worth the value being attributed to them.
Don’t waste your money…
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. No better than yellow tinted glasses.
They use another company advert
Beware this company uses another legitimate company’s advert. The glasses these send out are cheap tatt. I did research and decided on .com . I found their advert and ordered , it was when PayPal sent an email to confirm and I saw where the payment went. Theses are “getheadlightglasses.Co.uk. I contacted the original company they have nothing to do with this this company. Make sure you order from the right company.
I seriously considered buying these…
I seriously considered buying these UNTIL I read the reviews on Trustpilot, appears to be yet another Chinese company conning people. Thank you Trustpilot
Long delivery time and pretty useless when they did arrive
The glasses took much longer to arrive than expected (no mention of coming from China in the advert) and are the best part of useless when it comes to managing headlight glare at night. Given this is the stated purpose, it's hard to be enthusiastic.
On the plus side, however, they will make quite good goggles on dull days when riding our bikes.
Just another Facebook scam!
As someone who suffers from being blinded by modern car headlights, I am obviously interested in any product which would help mitigate this.
However & because Facebook is notorious for being littered with dozens of scam advertisements, most of which actually come from China, but nevertheless cunningly try to disguise themselves to seemingly appear as being UK based & therefore I always undertake suitable research on any website's validity, before even considering making a purchase from it.
Needless to say, there are numerous "red flags" in respect of this one.
1. The video is narrated by an American & features numerous clips showing vehicles driving on the R.H. side of the road (i.e. opposite to that of the UK), yet the inference is that the supposed designer of these particular anti-glare glasses is a "police officer" from a constabulary within the UK, especially given that it's been stated that he secured funding of several million pounds to develop & manufacture them.
2. Their "customer enquiry helpline" is a mobile number, which & upon me having conducted a reverse search on it, this has revealed the provider to be Tismi (who are located in Europe & recently faced a significant UK investigation by Ofcom for allegedly failing to prevent scam use of allocated telephone numbers), whereas it would clearly be reasonable to expect that any reputable, office based business would have a landline, email address, etc!
3. Whilst quickly scrolling through the copious amount of "small print", within the terms & conditions, Section 18 contains a reference to the buyer agreeing to "being bound by the governing laws of Morocco", which is very much at odds with this being advertised as a British owned business.
4. Much of the text itself contains American terminology & spellings too, which obviously one wouldn't expect to find being used by a bona fide company who are genuinely operating from within the UK.
"Caveat Emptor" applies here, methinks!
Facebook advertising is over hyped
This company are advertising a Trustpilot review on Facebook of over 4 stars, but this appears to be false reading the poor reviews here. I was going to purchase but always check actual reviews so it’s a NO from me.
