I had issues with my Fur Life products

I had issues with my Fur Life products. I contacted Fur Life and with in 24 hrs, we were able to come to a mutual solution with the help of Glisson and Julia. I hope to be a customer for years to come. I like the concept of no chemicals when it comes to my boy'z health!

I wanted to purchase more tick…

I wanted to purchase more tick protection for my dogs. After reading the reviews for FurLife I knew this product was for me.
Once I placed the order something went wrong with my mailing address. I left an email and I sent a text.
Glisson took care of the issue and confirmed that my order was all taken care of.
I loved the customer service!

FurLife has amazing products that really do help and work exceptionally well and they're natural.

FurLife has amazing products that really do help the dogs in a natural way instead of with chemicals and medications. Their customer service is spot on! I emailed them and Mat got back with me within an hour or so and took care of the problem. Very cordial and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them and their products! The allergy relief powder is truly helping my dogs allergies. Thanks FurLife... and Mat!

Furlife's customer service is…

Furlife's customer service is wonderful. They answer any questions almost instantly. When we received a broken pendant upon opening. They almost instantly took care of it and a new one is on the no charge. Will definitely use them again.

Quick, easy, customer service

Glisson and Ramon were beyond helpful, quick, and efficient. I had an issue with an order that I recieved, took a photo and sent it to support, and Ramon responded to me immediately noting how my order is going to be fixed. Much appreciated!

When the post office failed to deliver…

When the post office failed to deliver my furlife dog and cat flee products to the correct address, Mat from furlife quickly resolved the situation with a replacement order. This was very appreciated since my children are allergic to insect bites and my dogs and cat have become very itchy this spring thanks for making my day Mat!

I contacted Furlife because my dogs got…

I contacted Furlife because my dogs got fleas after using the pendants for a couple weeks. This was not the case last year. Once support reached out I took a closer look and the “oil holder button in the pendant” was intact but empty. Glisson and Ramon Assisted and will be sending replacements right away! Thank you 😊

Roy and Julia in the customer service department for Fur life has delivered adequate customer service, prompt and courteous. I would recommend this company furlife and these support technicians to anyone that is needing items for their pets.

The gel pack fell out.

The gel pack somehow came out of the holder for one of my dogs. I sent customer service an email, and Ramon responded immediately. He arranged for it to be replaced no questions asked. I appreciate a company with employees that are understanding and supportive.
