Great customer service! Glisson responded right away when I had trouble with damage on my initial order and made sure I was taken care of!
I had ordered three of the flea and…
I had ordered three of the flea and tick pendants from fur life for my dog and cat. When they first started wearing them I hadn't seen any fleas or ticks on my dog or cat. I had a issue with them about a week or so after they were wearing them. The oil had looked like it had evaporated and the smell was gone. I figured it was a bad batch and got in touch with them. Matt and Julia responded back within 24 hours. They wanted me to send a picture or video so, I sent them both. Matt and Julia responded right back to me and told me they would replace them so, I told them that would be fine. The replacements are on their way. Matt and Julia was accurate and kind, responded quickly, very civil and friendly. And great customer service. I recommend them to anyone as the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Thanks so much Matt and Julia God bless you all and may God bless everything that you touch have a great day. And thank you for what you do for the animals. You're doing a great job.

I bought two of the 12 month units. With in the first week 2 ticks had to be removed. With in the first month the count is up to 5 ticks. Previous treatments worked much better and were cheaper.

My dog got his but my cats didn't get theirs.
I emailed the company and they had no issue with sending me the rest of my order. I've been in contact with Roy and Julia. They're been very helpful.
Quick customer service and smells great
I ordered two pendants for my dogs but only received one in my delivery. I reached out to customer service and JeAnne was very quick to respond and get another pendant shipped out. The one my dog had on now smells great and I love that it’s non-toxic!

I have been using FurLife for my dogs since last year and it definitely works! This year after I got my order in February, I noticed a small leak in my pod in March and by April the pod was completely dry and empty. I emailed the company and they are sending me replacement pods. Great and fast customer support service 👏🏻 ❤️

Furlife is amazing!
Furlife is amazing! We lost our sweet Molly two days ago at 5 years old. We are totally devastated. I messaged Furlife to see how to return the product. Julia kindly said we are refunding the full charge and you just keep it and donate it somewhere. In this world, that act of kindness made my day! I highly recommend any company that still shows customer service!
