Bad company, untrustworthy

Issue was addressed and good communication implemented thank you

There was an advert of toodlers toy on Facebook. I clicked in, made the order, £9.95 from my account, but I didn't receive any order confirmation. I waited for few days then got in touch with them online. The online service kept saying I didn't buy any product, I just registered as their membership. This is insane! And she kept playing dumb! She said she cancelled my membership but I can't get any refund!

I click a link in facebook it is mentioned there that you will able to buy a laundry product for the amount of AED 8/ (which by the way I did not receive). I click the payment link and paid the amount and when I received a notification it was mentioned that I paid 2.49 USD at getforsports.com on 05/09/2024 which is weird but I ignored it. Few days later without my information I was again charge of 71.06 usd at getforsports.com which I am not aware what is the charge for because again I did not register in it.

What a scam company! After completing a shien survey and entering card details this joke of a company set up a membership and took £2.49! Unfortunately for them I contacted them straight away and know exactly how these scams work! They emailed saying it was cancelled but still tried to take the money! Ombudsman is my next stop!

I didn't yet have experience bec I join this company by mistake and I've been cancelled here...So I wasn't ready bec of financial issues but I really appreciate the opportunity that was great as though was hurting me thank you.

This people are scammers, they advertised on facebook using Chicken Licken brand, me thinking I was buying the meal only to find out I was subscribing to something I don’t even know and I cancelled the subscription same day and tried to deduct R650 after 2 days from my account luckily I was quick enough to cancel my bank card.

Today 18 -06-2024(6 months later)received an email regarding my subscription cancellation and they want to pay the refund only if I give them 4or 5 star review.

These people don’t even deserve 1 star.
