Very good quality flowers but disappointing delivery
I have been ordering from them for quite some time now. Quality of the flowers is very good, never received spoilt quality till date.
But!!!!!…The only challenge which is constant over period is, delivery. Every time I have to follow up and the timing isn’t met.

Execution of Order 44837 & what it reflects
Had done advance booking on 12th August 2025 & paid online Rs.1103.On designated delivery date 15th August there was no delivery on the scheduled time.
i)Had to call &update instead of me being given a update. ii)Hastily put together wrong items sent.iii) Delivery person arguing that payment is due when already pre-paid iv)Again had to call & send pics of wrong items v)No update & no accountability .To sum up i won't be ordering again from this site not because of any ill-will but such carelessness & lack of accountability is unacceptable. Pattern can be repeated again & customer wasted 3 hrs.in trying to unravel this mess.

white chrysanthemum flower can be better. It's too big and doesn't stay fresh. Small chrysanthemum flowers are better. Also, please send the flowers at the given time slot. We keep ourselves free, based on the time slot.
