I AM DISAPPOINTED IN THE TRANSACTION FEE. ALSO THE MONEYS SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED ON THE FIRST AND THE FIFTEETH OF THE MONTH. SO WE GET HIT WITH THE DOUBLE WHAMMY: TRANSACTION FEE AND AND THE USE OF OUR DOLLARS DUE TO EARLY TRANSFERS.

I been using flex for 3 months now and…
I been using flex for 3 months now and I can say that flex made it super easy to pay my rent on time without a hitch. Their 2nd payment due in about 2 weeks, gives ample time to pay your rent in full and cover their subscription charge. I recommend flex for your easy to pay rent in a timely manner.

It’s very helpful to divide my rent in half. I get my retirement at the beginning of the month and my Social Security the third Wednesday. So now I paid half my rent out of my retirement and half out of my Social Security. It’s very convenient.

It’s nice to have this option but I hate that there is no customer se ice. On the app I have changed the ratio rent gets split multiple times and and it alway sets this will be the charge for x month but it never actually changes

Flex is okay but need improvements
Flex is a great program but most people need to use flex because their pay dates fall after the 5th.
Flex should allow the first payment to be due between the 1st and the 9th of the month instead of the 1st and the 5th.
If most pay dates fall between the 1-5th we wouldn’t need flex.
Flex should allow for more time for customers to make their first payment of the month.
And if I pause flex for the month, why do I still pay flex monthly fees?
