Cherries bras are soft and seem good quality. There are no gaps between the cups and my body, even when bending over. Sizing was too tight in my order, and customer service was responsive in replacement bras for me. I appreciate the quick replies to emails and the replacement!

The quality is really good but make sure to get your size i am a A32 and got a size xxs and it was too small i would recommend size S as that one had fit me better, the material is really nice and the padding really helps push ip the girls ☺️

The bras are really comfortable
The bras are really comfortable, especially the everyday T-shirt wireless bra. The only reason there are not 5 stars is because the fastening on my front fastening push-up bra snapped after only a few uses. However, customer service was excellent and offered to replace the bra free of charge. The products are of good value and arrive packaged nicely and quickly.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Fitcherries.
I placed my order on May 6th, and more than a month later I have still only received 2 out of the 3 bikinis I ordered. Despite multiple emails, I still have no clear information about where the missing bikini is or when (or if) it will arrive.
To make matters worse, the two bikinis I did receive do not fit, so I wanted to return them. Only then was I informed that because they don't have a return warehouse near my location, return shipping would cost between $20–35 USD and the refund process could take 14–20 days. This information was never clearly stated on their website before I placed my order.
I have repeatedly contacted customer service to try to resolve this situation and request a refund, but after a few initial responses they completely stopped replying to my emails. Being ignored as a customer is incredibly frustrating.
At this point, I am out of pocket, missing part of my order, stuck with items that don't fit, and receiving no support whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed and honestly feel like I may never get my money back.
I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Color: I just got the black set so I can wear my other bottoms with it, but I want the burgundy set too!

I've been buying several bathing suits for this summer and this is by far my favorite (ever.. not just this year, ever). Growing up and being a small chested galpal, it is very disheartening and undervaluing to never find a suit top that fits you well like they fit everyone else. This is the first top where I'm like oh... yeah I'm going to wear this so much to where when I've worn it out, I'm going to buy another one.

Extremely disappointing return and refund experience
My experience with Cherries has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I purchased several bras for my daughter, but unfortunately none of them were suitable, so I requested a return immediately after receiving the order. From that point onwards, the process became unnecessarily complicated.
I was asked to complete multiple forms, exchange numerous emails, and follow repeated instructions before I was finally able to return the items. In addition, I had to pay more than €20 for the return shipping costs myself.
The returned items were delivered to the company’s warehouse, and I no longer have the products. However, more than two months later, I am still waiting for my refund.
Throughout this entire period, I have received multiple emails apologizing for the delay and stating that the refund is “in progress”, “under review”, or awaiting inspection. Despite the company acknowledging the delay and my frustration, no specific refund date has ever been provided.
As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be left without the products and without my money for such a long period of time, especially after complying with every step requested by the company and paying for the return shipping.
The return process has involved excessive paperwork, repeated requests, unnecessary delays, and a lack of transparency regarding the refund timeline. What should have been a simple return became a long and exhausting process.
As of June 16, 2026, I am still waiting for my refund. The company continues to state that the refund is being processed but cannot provide a date for completion.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company if there is any possibility that you may need to return an item. Purchasing may be easy, but the return and refund process has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.
I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision before purchasing.

I had a very positive experience with this store.
My order was processed quickly, and the delivery arrived exactly within the timeframe stated at checkout.
Most importantly, I am very happy with the lingerie itself. The quality is excellent, the items are comfortable, and they fit and wear perfectly. I have already ordered several different styles because I was so pleased with my purchases.

The Bras fit nicely when they came and…
The Bras fit nicely when they came and they were very comfortable to wear. They changed however after being washed on my washing machine’s silk program where I do all my bra washing. In one there is a big gap at the top of the breast because the padding changed after washing and in another the lock broke. In all bras the fabric has started to fray a little. The lounge bra I bought is way to wide on both sides. Very nice bras when you receive them but very poor quality
I would have loved to pay some extra for a better quality

When I incorrectly measured myself for my first order of Cherries bras, I was so sad that I was going to have to wait to return them and exchange them. Much to my surprise, the Cherries Support team took the time to ask detailed questions about what I needed. Once I had remeasured, they said to keep the ones that were too small and they would send ones that fit! I will be donating the ones that are a little too small to a local women’s shelter.
