The installation process went well and when changing the iPhone it was possible to issue a new eSIM with the remaining data, thus maintaining all the functionality. Partnership with WOO from Portugal worked with an improvement in the prices charged

First eSIM was for 60 days - the extension
First eSIM was for 60 days. No problem. I wanted to extend for another 30 days. This is where problems started. I did not go for an extension - but uploaded a new eSIM and now it has cut out. I have been trying to change settings but not sucessful. I dont know what to do actually.

The server was always disconnecting
The server was always disconnecting and it rarely connected to 5G. I 100% regret buying this ESIM. We were out of service soooo many times!!! I do not recommend “get eSIM travel”.
