one month in and hasnt left china apparently - the family store (In china) refusing to refund despite not having been dispatched - i have no hope or expectation there will be a product - the company should be investigated and sanctioned. It dreadful.

Been scammed too. Feel stupid I didn’t read the reviews to begin with. DO NOT USE! They are a total bunch of fraudsters. I’ll be contacting trading standards. Used Apple Pay so doubt I’ll get my money back.

This company should not be allowed to operate. They are not a UK family run company but based in China and it is a scam. I placed an order on 12th January 2025 and I am still waiting despite sending numerous emails only to receive fake promises. DO NOT BUY from this company I only wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Ordered a dress for a funeral. It never came despite 3-5 day delivery time . 5 weeks has since passed. I can’t get a refund until ive got the dress apparently. Waste of time and money.

I would give zero if that was possible. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I placed in order of just under £100 in 16th January but, to date, I haven’t yet received my order. I have challenged “Fay” on several occasions but “she” keeps on re assuring me that my order has been delayed because of volume of orders but will be received by myself within 3/6 working days. One week later, still no sign of a delivery. I think they!re very busy scamming the public so there isn’t enough time to prepare and deliver orders!!!!!! I’m going to contact my local trading standards department in the hope that they will be able to assist in clising down this company’s web site. I have been purchasing on line for many years and this is the first time I’ve been scammed . Lesson learned. Whenever I come across a new supplier, I will be checking with Trust Pilot first.

SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! Avoid. Never buy from Dore. If you buy you will not receive your item and if you receive your item you cannot return cause they will never refund you.

Terrible. If I could I would give no stars.

AVOID!!! Never received item after 4 weeks, and when I asked for a refund they kept saying only once I had received it they would refund so went round and round in circles with them. Never got the refund so had to go through my credit card company. This company is in China not London. They send fake Royal Mail tracking numbers. Wish I’d read the reviews first!

Scammers.....have been waiting 5 weeks for a coat shipping number Fay gave never worked, they say they can't give a refund untill it's returned to them as I haven't received it, we all no it probably was never sent if it was it would have arrived by now nothing takes that long.Dont be sucked in.

Can’t rate this 1 even I stil not received my jeans ther telling me thev been deliverd iv not received them iv emailed them and response is repeated to me saying ther lookin in to it then they tell me it been deliverd wen I say iv not had it they just keep offering me 60% to buy on ther web site and no sign of my money bak do not buy from here it is a scam web site and I won’t be getting my money bak coz ther not accepting that iv not had my item even thow they can see it been deliverd but it hasn’t been deliverd to me seriously if u want to throw money away then order u won’t get u items also I orderd this in November beware

SCAM, STOLE BANK DETAILS TOO

Ordered a pair of Jeans on Christmas day and I have even been provided with Royal Mail shipping info (Royal Mail states "waiting on parcel from shipper"), having emailed Faye on many occasions and even requested an email I have been advised that the order has been packed and shipping and refunds can only be requested once the item has been delivered! Not holding out much hope

The little touches make the dress feel special. The lining is smooth, and the buttons are properly sewn. The quality is excellent and well-made.

Ordered a jacket on 27th of December 2024. Nothing has came and I have emailed and ‘Fay’ just replies with utter crap saying I have to wait and they can give me a refund!!!

A ONE BIG SCAM AND FRAUDULENT

This company are ROBBING PEOPLE with there money. I ordered a jumper on 12/01/2025 but has not yet received on 31/01/2025. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER WITH THEM. Fay kept making the excuses of the shipment but there is no sign of receiving any goods.

Ordered a jumper on 11/1/25. Received seven e-mails giving empty assurances ref delays at warehouse etc etc. No refund possible unless/until order received because of 'Company policy'. Advertised themselves as small UK Company owned by 'Fay'. In reality there is no Fay and I have been scammed out of money I can ill afford. I am 85 and recently widowed so to be scammed by Chinese fraudsters has added to my distress. Don't fall for their lies.

BEWARE! This is a scam company! I have no delivery after 32days of ordering and x12 bounced back emails asking for an update. When responses did arrive they were long, protracted but with no detail/info such as delivery dates etc. The tracking number is a 'shipping' from China with no information as to progress. GetDore claim that they cannot accept cancelations because goods are on their way. Goods are not from a UK warehouse and may never arrive. I have PayPal and my credit card pursuing a refund. Do not deal with them.

DONT BUY!! Pathetic apologie emails from fay after waiting 6 weeks for a coat! No zip, buttons, pockets or even a lining. My table cloth is better made! Reported to trading standards

I ordered 2nd Jan. Simpering emails from "Faye" saying they don't have tracking details yet, unbelievable! Clearly a bogus company, a couple of fake reviews on here, all the rest have never received items.
I paid through Paypal so will get my money back, Paypal say they are aware of this company and action is being taken to get it closed down.
Do not go anywhere near their website, Google should be taking it off their sponsored links.
