Failed an easy case. Do not use
Do not use them. My case was an easy open and shut case where an officer was lying and had nothing. I had documentation and dashcam footage with data proving the ticket false. All given to these guys as clear as plain as can be. Their terribly written copy and paste letter landed me guilty against all odds. I use get dismissed simply so i would not have to show up in court and they blew it. Now i have to waste further time and money on a retrial due to their incompetence.

We just got my court decision and my ticket was dismissed!!! So very Happy with the court documents that were done for me by your company! I’m a student who just graduated and now I am pursuing my Masters program with some extra money that I didn’t have to pay my red light ticket. Again it doesn't matter if you did everything right or not, this is a court case and you don't decide, the judge does. FYI every single review is honest and real and there are no "manufactured" reviews. This is not a marketing scheme.

Well, I thought I would give it a shot... but no, this GetDismissed did absolutely nothing for my ticket in southern California, so I would say, don't believe what you read, it's probable BS.

The attorney was not current with my…
The attorney was not current with my case and did nothing to fight. I stated that i did not want to settle and wanted to request information per discovery. they settles without talking to me and miss informed the day prior via text. basically a waste of money and had no impact to my case.

You hired us to provide you your full defense package to fight your traffic ticket called a trial by written declaration. No we do NOT settle, that's not what we do. From Skepticism to Satisfaction: A Positive Experience with Professional Service!
I was very skeptical and uncomfortable at the start. I even called them back almost immediately, asking for a refund and cancellation. If it wasn't for one of their agents' honesty and explanation of the process, I would have, and I am glad I didn't. The staff were very friendly and professional, even when I wasn't. It was done within minutes whenever I needed a change in the defense letter. Ultimately, the ticket was dismissed, although the process took a few months. But that is how the court system works; you must trust and patiently wait.

Not Worth the Money or Time
Was definitely not worth the money or time! My ticket was NOT dismissed with the help of this company. However, I had my day in court and the charge is now dismissed. I wish I had just done it on my own from the beginning and not wasted $100 on GetDismissed.

getdismissed sent paperwork and wanted me to give them 5 stars before my court hearing but unfortunately my case was not dismissed. They are a company that sends out paperwork but are not reliable. Spend your money elsewhere and find someone who actually cares
