Shady Billing Practices – Be Careful With Your Card Info
I used GetDismissed back in 2023, but my case wasn’t successful. Not only did I pay for their service, I still had to cover the traffic violation fine. That was disappointing, but I moved on.
What really shocked me was what happened recently: two years later, they charged my card again without any notice or authorization, twice in June and July. I never agreed for them to keep my card on file, and I certainly didn’t sign up for any kind of auto-renewal. This feels deceptive and unethical and a blatant scam.
Even if some customers have had success with their cases, this kind of behavior makes me seriously question the integrity of their business. I do not recommend

When you engaged our services you also engaged our traffic ticket protection. We sent you 3 renewal notices to turn off the renewal if you don't want it prior to billing. We also are happy to refund the current charge if you do not want the renewal just call the office.

You are not correct. We only process renewals for people that sign up for our traffic ticket protection. This is a valid service provided to drivers that want to fight traffic tickets.

I challenged a mean police officer
I received a ticket from a very mean police officer. He threw the book at me. I had to go through multiple physical examinations, eye tests, interviews, psychological tests, driving test and more. When I went to the county clerk court, the clerk there said “We get a lot of complaints about that officer’. That’s when I knew that I had to challenge my ticket. I hired Get Dismissed and they gave me a report the next day. I was acquitted. This is an exceptional service, which I highly recommend.

The information relayed was bad i was miss led on the process and the court has not even filed the ticket within there own system so I could not even mail in the information. I was the one that made all the calls to your office and none in return. Poor customer service 😢

We believe you are mistaken as information provided is exactly correct and nobody was misled. Yes you make the calls to the court if you need to as that is not what you engaged us to do nor are we authorized to do that. Yes you must wait until the ticket is in the system to send your documents to the court, that just the requirement.

This is a scam took my money didn't get anything dismissed I still got a red light ticket in the rain you could clearly see me sliding through the light in heavy rain . I could have done what they did on my own and saved myself money. Paid them and the ticket. Then they told me basically to bad we don't guarantee anything.

You seen to be extremely confused and misguided. This is not a scam, this is a service that provides you with a defense package so that you can fight the traffic ticket that you received. This is a court case just like any court case, the judge makes the decision and nobody can guarantee a ticket gets dismissed. You received the ticket an you need to deal with the ticket.

Don’t waste your money …
Well after reading how even a person who works there had a 20MPH AND A15 MPH speeding tickets within a few months dismissed I thought I would give them my money . My speeding wasn’t even close to that and of course I was fined the full amount and the services didn’t work so I’m not exactly sure how honest their reviews and services are ! I don’t recommend them whatsoever because once they have your money they send you some paperwork via email and YOU NEVER hear from them again . Oh and it’s not cheap . Be careful

Bottom line, this is my second round with Get Dismissed. First round resulted in a dismissal. This round is my wife, and I have little doubt that this violation will also be dismissed.
This company is efficient polite and informative and always answer the phone without long wait times. So far, I am most impressed, and I'm rarely impressed these days with much.
