I’m on the older side, but I’ve had terrible allergies for years and they were just getting worse. These sublingual drops have changed my life. I very rarely have to take allergy medicine now, I can actually breathe through my nose, I’m not going through 9 million tissues, and I’m so excited to be able to be around my dog! Dr Chet, Kayla, & Jessica we are fantastic, Jessica took over my care at the end and she was so responsive and really interested in my symptoms on how they were improving or not improving. She really spent a lot of time with me curating the best drops to help me. I always found the customer service to be very responsive when I have billing and insurance questions, and I would highly recommend this company!

My allergies are almost gone. When I started like 7 months ago at first I was skeptical it would work but no joke I barely notice my symptoms anymore. Customer service are also some of the nicest people I've talked to. Keep it up.

I signed up for a yearly GLP-1 plan for approximately $4600, expecting a straightforward process where I would receive the product monthly as I needed. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, I encountered a significant issue that left me quite upset.
To provide some context, I had purchased a year’s supply of the product in advance, thinking I was making a smart choice. After a couple of months, the company arbitrarily decided to change the compounding formulation to include B12, which altered the product's color to red. Naturally, I reached out to inquire about this unexpected change, and the response I received was simply that this was the new formulation. I thought, “Okay, that’s not a huge deal,” and continued with my usage.
However, after about a week or two, I began experiencing adverse reactions, including breaking out in hives and swelling. Alarmed, I contacted the company for guidance. They advised me to discard the two shipments I received with the new formulation and assured me they would send out the original product that I had previously used without any issues (which they did)
Fast forward to two months before my subscription was set to renew, and I received a shocking notification: there would be no more shipments for me. Confused, I sought clarification and discovered that the company had counted the shipments I reacted to against my year’s supply, despite being the ones who made the change to the formulation. They refused to take any accountability for the situation, which was incredibly frustrating.
When I pressed further on this matter, hoping for a resolution, they not only failed to address my concerns but ultimately chose to cancel my account and renewal entirely. This experience has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and lack of accountability. It’s disheartening to see a company disregard the well-being of its customers in such a manner.
Update: I reached out to Curex per the request in their response to this review and it seems I misunderstood the replacement of the product. It is actually even worse, they expected me to use it after letting them know I was having a reaction.. WOW!!

Total game changer. Great customer service from the moment I signed up. Someone personally explained how it all works and what my options are and helped me select a plan. Their concierge service for scheduling an allergy test is also wonderful. And I love being able to reach a doctor by just texting them. Highly recommend!
Very smooth process, good customer care and turn around and great value for money from registration, to allergy test to meds in hand was a week. very impressive and looking forward to seeing what the meds will do for me.

Horrible said they would only be charging 4.99 to try the product not true have $150 and $174 charge plus the $59 3 times for on vial of the product and its horrible!! I will continue to leave bad reviews till the refund me as they said they would!!! STAY AWAY NOT Worth it and it docent work, they ask you to get an EpiPens! WTH for? I disputed it with bank and they have in small print when you buy they plan on charging you this!
Pretty simple sign up process. Spoke with Kara who set me up with a test and explained pricing. Then i chatted with a doctor by text message. Got a prescription for allergy drops and received them 2 days later. It is a pretty small vial. The drops taste sweet but apparently no calories. Six months in, the symptoms seem to be less. The doctor says I can start taking my inhaler and pills less.
Exeperience is crazy, I am finally able to be around the cats after half a year of the treatment. Customer service is great, they always let me know when is the next dosage of the drops, connect with doctor just via SMS, so I already told my friends about this company

I was charged $30 for a video visit I never received. All communications is done via texting with a so called MD, unverifiable. What kind of Dr. only communicates via texting? When I asked a question to the so called MD, they had to get back to me.
I believe there are no Doctors you are communicating with, IMO it is a fraud. There website portal provides no clear method of deleting your personal information.
I would not trust this service.
I have been requesting a refund and cancelation and curex has not been responding to my emails nor do they have a human answer the phone. Then I schedule a zoom with customer service to CANCEL this service and the zoom link did not work and they emailed me saying thanks for attending when I NEVER did. I just want to be done with this company and get my refund and cancelation as I never received any services since joining.
Purchase the annual plan for $590 and after a few days I decided it wasn’t for me because it made me feel sick. They said the one bottle they sent me was three months worth so they’re keeping $177 and refunding me the rest complete rip off
I can’t even give this company any stars. Run as fast as you can. First month went smooth as silk- second month I was told my package was on the way and it never came. They pulled out payment real fast but never received my package. Then, I called, emailed and texted several times to only get GHOSTED. Never saw my refund either. Horrible company look elsewhere if you don’t want to get SCAMMED.
I had a really bad experience with this product that I’m still dealing with. My tongue has been numb and metallic tasting for over a month since they changed the formula and made it stronger. The doctor is really cool there but the customer service is horrendous. I honestly thought I was dying or had tongue cancer or who knows and it’s been miserable but they did NOT care. Only cared about getting their final payment of $59 which seems to be their MO. I would stay far away from this brand.
I would not recommend this company at all. I thought that I found the right company that will help with my symptoms but did not- made it worse. They continue to bill me even though I already stopped my subscription 1 year ago. Since they have my credit card information on file, they do not ask consent with every billing.I have no way to delete the credit card information from my account. Customer service is awful. I am now being charged in 8/2024 for supposedly a vial that I received in 8/2023 which I did not. This is major red flag for this company.
Company charged me for 4 (instead of 3) subscriptions in 2022 and 2023. I disputed but response is will get back to you at some point. They continue to bill me in 2024 with self-pay billing vs. half-priced insurance billing. I'm disputing with my credit card company.
