I have ordered several items from this company and so far so good . However I received 2 plastic hand wash reusable dispensers that I can just use time and time again with their hand wash tablets that you just add water to. However after only a few weeks the dispensers have stopped dispensing and are impossible to use . When I complained to Clean People they said that since it was more that 30
days since I received the order they were unable to issue a refund or replacement . When I challenged them to the fact that these were containers that were meant to last so save plastic and protect the environment by reusing them time and time again all they would say was it was their policy that after 30 days nothing could be done ! No mention of sustainability and the environment .
Won’t be using them again .

The "new" dishwasher tablets are not dissolving completely. Since I began using these tablets over the past week, tablets remained whole and left residue within my dishwasher. Very unhappy with this particular purchase. I have used the toilet tablets and washer pods, so far no issues.

Terrible, they don’t leave any scent on your laundry! Also didn’t get my ‘free 32 loads’ 😠

These laundry sheets do not dissolve properly. I found hard lumps of soap stuck to the clothes. Two cleaning cloths were stuck together and I could hardly get them apart. I also found soapy sticky spots on a pair of jeans. I put the laundry sheets directly into the washer drum as directed because it’s front loading. When that wasn’t working I dissolved a sheet into a cup of hot water and poured it into the soap dispenser. When the load was done there was thick sludge leftover in the bottom of the soap dispenser. It’s too late to return the box I have and all they offer is a credit. But I don’t want any of their products. I do not recommend these laundry sheets. I will be going back to liquid laundry detergent.

This is a review for Clean People laundry detergent sheets. At first I thought they were doing a good job with getting my towels and dish towels clean but after 6 months the towels feel different, not soft and absorbent anymore and my dish towels are not absorbent anymore. I think it's most likely because there is plastic in the laundry sheets. Will not buy them again.

I bought these because I wanted to be environmentally responsible and do away with the plastic jug of detergent. I bought the pack of 96 loads and received a 32 load package free with the purchase. I got the Fresh and Clean scent, and that is the problem. There isn't any scent left on the clothes after they are washed! The first two washes, we didn't realize that the sheets are perforated, and meant to be used that way, and so we used 2 full sheets for our first 2 loads. No scent. My husband did his laundry this weekend, using only half a sheet and there is absolutely no scent left on the clothes. His clothes were dirty from working in the yard, kneeling in dirt and sweating. The jeans he wore did not come completely clean at the knees and had to be rewashed. He felt like the shirt he wore didn't small clean. He ended up rewashing with the orange bottle detergent we have always used, and will not use the sheets again. I feel that they are expensive, and since they don't perform as well as my other detergent, it was not a good purchase for us.

This company is very dishonest. Product is not effective and you get a subscription whether you ordered that way or not. You will never get an email regarding further orders so you can cancel, it just appears at your door. Pricey too. There is no way to unsubscribe on the website either. Really shoddy. Do not order!

I ordered 2 boxes of Laundry and dryer sheets on August 14th. Which apparently it was delivered to "the front door" now, which door i have no idea.
So I contacted them. 1st email...Got the run around..can you check around your house or check with your neighbors?" Which I did right after receiving the UPS update saying it was delivered.
I contacted them saying that I didn't get the package...
They "sent me another one"
Never got it....
Back and forth emails. 5 different people... Texted with 3 different people....
Tried to call but "This line isn't monitored"????
They took the money out of my bank account but I Still do not have what I ordered and now it is September!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Dishwasher tablets are great but beware using the detergent sheets on whites- they’ve caused awful
Damage to my whites- come out with grey marks all over football shorts and yellow marks on other white items. So many clothes damaged. Minimal
Compensation in the form of store credit offered despite multiple requests. Poor customer service and a poor product not fit for purpose which is a real shame.

BEWARE! SCAM. This company pretends to offer an exceptional product and offers deals on purchases. Unfortunately I fell for this and purchased 92 laundry sheets with an offer of 32 free for £25. I waited a week for the product to arrive and thought there was a mistake as the sheets are tiny. They are little bigger than the palm of your hand. Ok, so maybe they are still useful, but my washing does not smell fresh or clean after use. I didn't get my free gift of the 32 sheets either. I asked customer service about this and they refused to send the free gift and ignored my complaint. Instead they send a very long email listing all the apprent great things their products do which is of no use to me now as my experience was far from great. It was completely irrelevant to send such an email as and I didn't feel like a vauld customer or that I had been taken seriously, just that they were being defensive and condescending towards me by showing off. Over £25 for some tiny sheets of paper that don't work I feel conned and robbed. Horrible experience.

The company has since been Intouch and sent some complimentary laundry sheets if I promised to change my review. Whilst this has made up somewhat for the experience I still would not order again due to the price. I've used the sheets a while now and they are average.

I thought I was helping the environment by switching to your product, however, after following the directions to the letter, my laundry came out with white streaks all over my clothes. The door on my front loader had a big gob of goo (proper words elude me) stuck to it. Fortunately I had a back up jug of detergent on hand and finished my laundry without a problem. I have a picture to emphasize my disgust! Needless to say, your product will sit on my basement shelf as a reminder to myself that this effort to help the environment was a bust!

Cleaned well but left no smell at all, so won’t purchase again.

I want to return my Clean People products and get my money back and they will not work with me. I bought the product because of their false advertising, thinking it was a Canadian company but it is a Texas company perpetrating a scam on Americans. I won’t use their products and I want my money back!!

I like the environmental side of the sheets but their stain removal was not very good. Customer service was amazing. Very fast reply. I didn’t receive an email reminding of my forth coming repeat order. When I contacted customer service they immediately gave me a refund

These laundry sheets do NOT work. Being retired my clothes are nearly clean when they are washed. What little soil I may have, remains even after using twice the number of sheets recommended. As for any spots? FORGET IT! Any that happen to be be on my clothes remain after washing with these sheets, but come out after re-washing with traditional laundry detergent. I do not believe for one second the positive reviews. Could they have been paid for??

I placed an order that was never delivered. When I emailed to question it I got an auto response that they would be in touch within 72 hours. After a week I emailed again, still no response. I cancelled my subscription and also got an auto response asking what they could do better to which I again complained of never receiving my product. Again I've gotten no response. I've had to resort to filling a dispute of charges with my credit card in an attempt to get my money back.

Please avoid this company — both their products and customer service are disappointing.

I bought their dishwasher tablets, laundry sheets, and laundry liquid. The dishwasher tablets were especially bad: my dishes came out just as dirty as they went in, even though I rinsed them beforehand. Worse, everything — dishes and dishwasher — was coated in white powder. It took several wash cycles to clean up the mess.

I reached out to customer service within a few days of receiving the order, requesting a refund. I had to email them three times before getting a response. They asked me to try cleaning the filter with baking soda and explained that switching to eco products might take an adjustment. I followed instructions but didn’t want to waste more time and water on a product that clearly didn’t work.

I replied a bit later (I was away), and now they’re refusing the refund because “more than 30 days” have passed — even though I requested it within the time limit. They’re only offering store credit to buy the same ineffective products.

This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid giving refunds. Unethical, disappointing, and a complete waste of money.

These people will sign you up for a subscription unbeknownst to you. When you try to go online on their website you can't unsubscribe. All your information email just disappears. This is a scam and I hope no one orders these laundry sheets. They don’t even clean well. I simply want to unsubscribe and their website is broken and doesn’t allow you to cancel subscriptions you never signed up for initially. They claim they can’t cancel your subscription on their end. I ordered the laundry sheets after reading the amazing reviews. When the sheets arrived I was disappointed to see that although the advertising claims that you only need half a sheet, for a normal full load, you actually need a whole sheet and for a soiled load you need two whole sheets. This makes it very expensive per load. Especially as you still need to add fabric conditioner.
I tried using one whole sheet in my family wash and the clothes were not clean afterwards. I tried with two whole sheets and the clothes remained stained despite pretreating them. I was not impressed so asked to return them. I was then told that I would need to pay the return postage to the USA before I could get a refund despite the websites promise of free returns.
The attitude of their customer services was unhelpful merely sending me a copy of the small print from somewhere on their website that states about the postage eventhough the main page makes no reference to any conditions applying.
I'm not impressed at all and will never buy from this company again.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had a problem with returning the wrong item and receiving what they ordered. I received dryer sheets after ordering laundry sheets and dishwasher pods and have been charged even after returning the dryer sheets. I'm unable to contact them by phone or email to resolve the issue.
