The cream is so lovely
The cream is so lovely! It makes my skin feel silky smooth. And the smell is very gently and nice, not overpowering. I have been using it daily since May 5th. Not sure how long it takes to notice changes in the wrinkly appearance. It took a bit longer than I expected to arrive, but I think it comes from Europe, not the US or Canada, so that would make sense.

Shambles
I have only given a 1 star as you can't go any further without a star or I wouldn't have given any star. What a joke this company is. I placed my order on the 3/5/26 and I am still waiting for my goods. I have sent several emails and just got the same answers back.which was absolutely no good to me. I am so disgusted and will never order from them again. If anyone is thinking of ordering DONT. What a shambles and I really dont think the cream will be any good like they say it will.

Only received this 3 days ago…delivery took quite a while. I’ve only used this for 2 days, it smell nice and sinks in easily and is not greasy. Obviously I can’t say if it’s working as I’ve not been using it long enough.

Absolute scam
Delivery took ages, tried cancelling my order but wasn’t allowed. Trying to return now (as per their 100% refund policy) and they want to charge me for the return or offering me a 15% discount which has now been increased to 20%.
Absolutely appalling customer service - product is from China not the UK as their marketing indicates. Absolute scam.

I’ve been using your product for over a week and I have already notice my skin looking younger.
That lotion is so nice and rich, feels great on my skin. I’m glad those containers are big since I use my lotion twice a day.
I’m also glad I didn’t have to wait long for delivery. Also - the specials are great since everyone likes a good bargain.
