We had an unusual sized truck that needed to be moved from the West Coast to the Mid-West. They were able to get it done safely and within a reasonable time and at a fair price. We have used them twice now and will continue to use them.

Delivered my vehicle on scheduled with no problems. The driver gave me updates ahead of time when he will be there. Will definitely use them again.

The service was great and transparent. The price we agreed to was the final price and there were no hidden fees or anything. The car made it here in perfect condition. The only reason I’m knocking down one star is because I was told I’d be given one days notice before the car arrived so I could coordinate to be available for the delivery and all I got was 30 min. Additionally, I was told the car would arrive between Saturday and Sunday and my mom who the driver picked the car up from was told between Friday and Saturday. I called, texted and emailed starting Friday to get an ETA and I got nothing. I didn’t hear from them until after the car was delivered on Monday.

Bottom line, they provide transparent service, no hidden fees, good rates and the car arrived in good condition. However, once they get you to sign the contract and send over the deposit, you don’t hear from them or get updates at all until after delivery. Makes you nervous.

This is the second time I have used GetCarrier to ship a car. My rep, Eva, was amazing and in constant communication with me The final price was a little higher than the initial quote, but having done this before, I knew that could be the case. The driver was very professional, friendly and excellent at keeping me notified of everything. I would definitely recommend Eva as the person to work with because of her outstanding communication, customer service and professionalism. I would use GetCarrier again if I could work with her. Thank you for making this part of the move stress-free.

Pretty easy process and easy to cancel and reschedule

My Motorcycle arrived safe and sound in a enclosed trailer which was very important for me as the transport driver unfortunately experienced very bad weather including nearby a tornado. Bike and driver arrived safe. Happy with the service they provided and a reasonable rate they charged. Would recommend highly.

Andy made my experience with Getcarrier enjoyable by being fast, friendly, upfront and assessable 24/7. The price was extremely competitive and the promptness of the carrier was excellent. It’s good to know that the world still has GREAT customer service representatives out there. I have used many carriers in the past but I have now found my first choice going forward. After searching around discovering tons of negative reviews re: the car shipping experience I was nervous about having a Land Rover I purchased online shipped from Seattle to Northern California. I inquired with Getcarrier on a Sunday afternoon, accepted the LOW quote that evening and by early Monday morning, Kelly from Get Carrier called to let me that there was someone waiting to pickup the vehicle at 9 am. The vehicle was delivered Tuesday at lunchtime. The driver requested we meet in a different location for delivery due to the fact that the roads are very curvy and dangerous here, and because of this they discounted the rate by $100 for the inconvenience without me even asking. The whole process was seamless and stress free and I couldn't be more satisfied. I never dreamed I would have the car in 1 day. I recommend Get Carrier (Kelly Paker) and Apis Logistics.

Eva Simpson was very professional and did an awesome job moving my 2023 Buick from Florida to Chicago. She even followed up after the move. Highly recommend getcarrier and Eva to anyone wanting to transport a vehicle.
