They are liars and take too long to respond to support tickets. First off it's difficult to know what benefits they cover and don't cover on some reimbursement benefits. Secondly when they ask they give false information. I asked if I could get reimbursed for a Coursera subscription which is normally $400 a year. They then approved it and a day late declined it even though they told me it would be approved before I even submitted it. They lie!
