Buyer beware. Total scam. Not a legitimate company. I had to contact my bank to fight the charge. I successfully disputed the payment.

Do not purchase from this "company". There are a ton of other cheap foreign "companies" to by this cheap child water/sensory crap.

If the option was zero stars - that's what I would select. It's unlike me to not verify an online company and I paid the price of dealing with these scammers until my bank rectified the issue.

Their website alone is super sketchy and dated.

I don't even think the company exists anymore? I tried to email them and the email bounced. It been a month since I placed the order and no communication at all. Terrible!!

I was concerned that my order would be delayed for our Halloween classroom party; however it arrived in plenty of time! The activity was a huge hit with the kids loving the molds and squishy toys! Everyone went home happy with their creations! Thank you!

Similar to other customers, I place an order on April 3rd of 2025 in anticipation of gifting them to our kids for Easter and is now officially a month later and still no shipment. The status still reads processing and when I tried to reach out asking for a refund, they refused. I have had to go directly to my credit card company to get the refund.

Only down side is I wish they didn’t have to keep going back in the water to stay hydrated as it’s messy and takes up space

Definitely leave over night or two before playing with them which is longer than they suggest so that the squishies are firm other wise the inside remains gooey and when you press on them the goo oozes out

Placed an order on Mar 13 and have yet to receive it. Was told they've restocked and my order was being prioritized. It's been nearly 2 months. Ridiculous!

we received as an easter gift and its been so much fun! easy and i love how the solution will last a few days so the packets will last long

It’s now been a month since I placed my order via the website and receiving an estimated shipping time of 1-5 business days. I’ve sent three inquiries to their customer support email with no response. At this point it feels like I’ve been fleeced with $60 with no intent to deliver a product. Stay away.

Ordered an easter kit March 22nd asked for shipping status on April 2nd. Was told they were sold out but they were working on getting more kits in even offered me an extra free kit because it would not make it in time for easter. Asked for a status update April 14th they told me it would ship in a few days. On April 28th after no communication or shipping notification I asked to cancel my order. April 29th I filed a claim on the 30th they replied to my email and said they would be cancelling and processing my refund but it will take 1 to 2 weeks to process. I expect to have to escalate the claim becauae i've never had to wait that long for a refund.

In the end I did file a claim to got my refund on 5/26. Avoid this company and any other products they over advertise on social media. If you purchased and are still waiting for an overdue order go straight to your credit card company or pay pal for a refund. They will only promise a refund and never actually go through with it.

Scam site. Ordered Easter gifts for my kids about a month ago, never got tracking, never shipped. I asked for a refund after Easter passed and can’t get a response. What a pain.

I ordered from the company and still have not received anything and it is now a month later. This is a total SCAM. So frustrating I have now sent two emails that have not made it right. No refund and no product. So sad because it was a present for my kids for Easter. I would not recommend you spend you money.

I ordered these rose-molds for a bridal shower and they looked lovely in the punch bowl!

Utter garbage product. Falls apart no matter how hard you try. Dont bother wasting your money.

Great fun product! Grandson loves it. We even got a buy one get one free, he can't wait to try the Christmas kit later in the year.

SCAM!!!! THIS IS A SCAM. I am doing a 5 star so it's published. I give it a SCAM star rating. No delivery, no refund, only emails stating they would look into it and pass it on the finance team! for months!

I wanted to give them a chance to sort it out but after emailing many, many times and never recieving the order (from November 2024), or a refund. I am finally writing this 0 Star rating. Don't trust them at all. Just Phishing on FB ads.

I never leave bad reviews, but this is just bad business. I see I am not the first person to write this and many, many more popping up.

I ordered 4 boxes of this product for my grandkids for christmas, none of them did anything more them get slimy never got firm all boxes were done by following the instructions. So I know I didn't just get a bad box. Don't waste your money, no way to send the product back after it's used because it's a total mess! Have never gotten an exceptable response from you. Such a HUGE waste of money don't buy it!

We gave this to my daughter for Valentine's Day and she loved it! We've already made several squishes. The instructions were very easy to understand. The item arrived quickly. So far everything has been great! I would recommend this product.

Like many other reviews, I ordered this product. After tracking and noticing it would not arrive before christmas, I reached out to the company to cancel this order. They responded saying no problem as it was not yet shipped. I got a response from "ETHAN" not Caroline. ( both the same email address). It has been 2 months and no refund. I have reached out and they are ignoring my messages. This is a SCASM and I will be reporting to my bank as well. I have NEVER written a bad review for any company, however this is worth my time. I don't want anyone else to experience this extreme frustration.

This was fun to play with but they took so long to set and some of them fell apart after they were in the water for some time. I felt bad when my nieces got upset that their penguins eyes fell out. But definitely fun and something new to try!

Company is a complete and total scam. The reviews are 100% fake. The customer service is horrific and non existent.
I am filing dispute charges. 100000000% advise to not purchase anything. It's a Chinese sweatshop fraudulent scam.
