It was exactly how I pictured it. The item came very well-packed and gift-ready. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with my purchase.
Ordered a necklace for Christmas never turned up so informed them. They were willing to refund me 70% of the cost. I agreed to this. Been waiting over 3 weeks for this.

Item never arrived apparently delivered by Yodel at 23.56 in the evening !!. Asked me to confirm with my neighbours they dont have, then wanted me to pay an extra 30% to resend despite not being at fault for issue in first place. Awful to correspond with, take your money elsewhere or if you sinply have too much set fire to it you will get the same results as ordering anything from this firm
They write on their website that they have 90 days guarantee but when contacted about dissatisfaction, they stop answering their emails. Earnings are heavy and not comfortable to wear.
