Efficient and easy to use and economical

Grateful to have chose AKKO when Xfinity would not insure my used iphone because I didn't purchase it from them. Akko's rates are very reasonable, and I only paid a small deductible for my screen repair!

Super easy and FAST claim processing

Super easy and FAST claim processing. From the moment I clicked "start a claim," the whole shebang took way less time than any other company I've dealt with. Started just before lunch on a Monday and the replacement device was in my hands before 10:00 am on Thursday that week.

100% glad that the company I purchased from uses AKKO.

Best service in gadget insurance

This is my second claim, as I tend to forget things and often leave items behind. It's a habit I’ve struggled to change, which is why I took the AKKO Everything Protected Plan. Thankfully, AKKO has always supported me with their outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate them, and I believe everyone should consider akko.

Cracked Screen? Upsie/AKKO Took Care of It – No Deductible, No Hassle!

After accidentally cracking my phone screen, I was honestly bracing myself for a long, frustrating process — but Upsie/AKKO proved me completely wrong.

I chose Upsie/AKKO for my device insurance because of their clear pricing and $0 deductible for screen repairs, and I’m so glad I did. Filing a claim took just a few minutes through their website. The process was super straightforward — I uploaded a photo of the damage, provided some basic info, and within a short time, my claim was approved.

From there, I was given options for how to get it fixed. I picked a local authorized repair shop, and Upsie/AKKO handled the rest. I didn’t have to pay a dime out of pocket. Just showed up, handed over my phone, and a couple of hours later, it was good as new.

The best part? No surprises, no fine print. The $0 deductible really means zero — no hidden service fees, no upsells. Everything was clearly communicated, and customer support was responsive when I had a quick question about the repair timeline.

This was honestly one of the smoothest warranty or insurance experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re tired of overpriced phone insurance with high deductibles and hoops to jump through, Upsie/AKKO is 100% worth it.

WOW - Actaully impressed

WOW. AKKO seems too good to be true, but I guess it isn't? They worked with my Apple provider to ensure/pay for the fix. What amazes me most is they will cover not just your phone or computer but like all the electronics in your house. How is this even possible? I don't understand...but I don't know if i need to. I'm just thrilled it exists.

I had a TV accidental claim and althought I had some issues with the initial registration of the device, AKKO processed the claim and worked like a charm.
